I had a horrible experience at this Verizon store. I went in to purchase a new service plan, as well as a new cell phone. I received those 2 items plus many additional functions/services I had no interest in purchasing. I was not told about them, yet I was still charged for them. My sales representatives name was "TERRY", who is a man. He told me there was a great promo to receive a "FREE TABLET" if I purchased a new Samsung phone. Of course I was interested in receiving a free tablet, who wouldnt. Next thing I know, I receive my first bill, which was appalling. Approximately $90 of the bill was complete fluff. And then I noticed I had a charge for the "FREE TABLET", they were charging me MONTHLY PAYMENTS for the supposedly "FREE TABLET"!!! I couldnt believe this, so I called Verizon and tried to get them to reverse the charges and take back this tablet, THAT WAS NOT FREE. They declined, and now I am stuck with a large bill and payments on a tablet that I could easily have done without (Ive only used it twice.....) All in all, "TERRY"(MALE), of Verizon did everything in his power to make a quick buck off of a young college student. I hope your proud of yourselves, I am ashamed that you are operating out of my city!

That are awfull, use presser Tactics to make you purchase accessories you dont even need, they are rude. They activated my phone , then informed me that I HAD to purchase a $280 care package & then when i refused they disconnected phone and screwed up my account and spent 1 1/2 hours with verizon trying to fix my account. I would not even recommend this to my worse enemy, Nobody should have to deal with SCUM LIKE this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pathetic! Spent over six hours there in one day to upgrade my phone. Tried a Samsung, came back an hour later. They deleted every ounce of my data from my old phone, never checking that all was transferred. It took her 3 hours to finish the transfer, getting lost and confused, often. Get home....ALL MY Notes, Recordings, Music - GONE!!! UTTERLY SICK! Lost all my Notes, Voice Recordings..............mostly - my Serenity.

Horrible store. Horrible customer service. Very dishonest. Lied about what they were giving me. Took iPhones that I turned in and basically stole them. Didnt record the transaction, never supplied receipt and are taking forever to rectify the problem. Extremely unethical business. Do not get anything from them. Find a Verizon owned store or you will get screwed!

Staff were extremely helpful. I relocated & wanted my cell number changed to a local number. They assisted me but I later realized I was unable to make calls. I contacted customer service who was unable to help, so I went back to this store. Joel & Carlos spent a lot of time figuring out & fixing the problem. Highly recommend!

The staff was very helpful when I went to trade in my phone. They offered the to lower the price of the upgrade and threw in a free case with the purchase. The staff was very knowledgeable on their existing plans as well as the phones and tablets they had in stock.

Stay away. They are not apart of Verizon. They are a seller of its services. They will sell you on the backend but telling you its free. They did this to me and now Verizon is trying to figure why I am being charged. Shady people here!

Very dishonest people. Lied to me when I came in to trade in my AT&T phones during a promotion. Was supposed to receive $400 credit per phone but store never gave paper work to Verizon. Dont believe anything they tell you.
