My experience wasnt the best. At the beggining the staff was really helpful but then one of the cashiers was blocking me while i was doing the line... I dont know what was her intention but just walked around her and when i reached the counter she just flew over there acting like if i was going to steal something... Then, while i was paying she just was talking to me really out of tone... I love sephora but this was my last time there... I dont want to keep purchasing in a store that make me feel discriminated

I have been visiting this store for nearly a decade. Customer service is a top priority for this crew and they have mastered it. Always attentive and helpful without being pushy or over-selling. Not to mention the knowledge and expertise of their countless products. I can not speak highly enough of this store

If I could give 0 stars I would. The guy I had "helping" me was one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life, had good selection but no testers to sample. Wont be getting my business again. Gentleman helping should be fired if he continues to be rude to customers

Over friendly crowded & hot ! Spent a lot of money there for myself and overseas family huge shopping list. Forgot item in my shopping bag staff was rude.mean. didnt care didnt understand .didnt care . Thats the last i will shop there ever

I went in here late last year when we were staying in the city and had a fantastic experience. The lovely lady who served me was super friendly, knew exactly what I wanted, was chatty, happy, and totally made my day. Thanks heaps peeps.

Super happy with the service here. It was crazy busy but they had enough staff to help everyone who needed it. The lineup was long but they had all tills open so it went fast. Super happy.

Wow i was surprised at how nice and friendly MOST of the staff was. Some of the staff didnt really try to help you. But overall my experience was very good
