I dont normally feel the need to write reviews, but my experience yesterday at Lush was so overwhelmingly positive that I had to make an exception. I originally just went in to pick up some of my favorite hair conditioner, and was greeted by a full and friendly staff. However, the sales assistant who helped me (Kate), was truly exceptional in her knowledge of the products, her simultaneously professional and friendly attitude, and her ability to recommend and sell products without being pushy. Having just arrived in Seattle from a two-week road trip, my skin was a mess from the dehydration, poor eating, and irregular sleep that goes along with extended travel. Kate listened to me about my various skin problems and difficult skin type, and then prepared a full skin regimen for me to try in the store. On my face. (Anyone with problem skin can tell you that trying products on the back of your hand doesnt really cut it: after all, whens the last time you had dry patches, acne, AND an oily T-zone on the back of your hand?) Anyway, we went through the entire regimen (I was told my job was to relax during the process and we would go through explaining everything later!) and then afterward she explained exactly what she did, what products she used and in what order, what the ingredients in each product were going to be good for, etc. At Lushs price point (boutique prices, but not as high as somewhere like Sephora), you might expect this level of service and personal attention, but there were several standouts for me: 1) Although she used many products on my face (which I did end up buying because my face felt so good afterwards), she did a good job asking me which products were my absolute favorites, and suggested a sort of "bare bones" set of three, in case I was on a tighter budget. I didnt feel pressured at any point to pick up the entire pile of stuff. 2) After trying out my new regimen that night, when I woke up the next morning, I saw a RADICAL improvement in my skin tone that I have NEVER seen before, and Ive been loaded up with crap from everywhere from Sephora to prescription stuff from my doctor. Lush may have a higher price point, but they can clearly back it up with knowledge, quality ingredients that are gentle on difficult, sensitive skin, and products that really work. tl;dr: If Kate is anyone to go by, the staff at Westlake Lush are amazingly helpful, friendly, and welcoming, and will be able to get you set up with quality products that work for your skin and your budget. Top notch place!

Lush is great and amazing and super plus for people who have a bad habit of breaking out in hives. But this location is small, cramped, and way, way over-hired. Ive only walked in there and had a pleasent experience once. It was the middle of the day-ish and there was, for once, only one girl working there. She was very friendly, but not overly pushy. Every single other time, I can barely get my errands done (usually picking out a new shampoo bar) without being accosted by at least five employees asking if I need anything or if I can be helped to find anything or oh my gosh have you been here before and are you familiar with this. I can appreciate that theyre all just trying to do their jobs, but after telling someone "no, Im good" three times and being pushed about what my favourite scents are over and over, it gets fairly frustrating. Good store, good products, but horrible staff.

Let me just tell you, I am a full addict and I LOVE this place. Its expensive, but the store kids you not - you do become a lush for their bath bombs, their sweet scented soaps, the organic shampoos and conditioners! I lost my mind and came out with something for parts of my skin that probably dont even need that level of expense spent for the moisterizer.. but I DID. Theres something for almost every skin type, hair type.. and.. yes, the people are knowledgeable and cool. You even get free samples on your way out. Dangerous, awesome place!

The place is good. I like some of their products, and not others. Unlike my room-mates, I dont like their soap. (I dont see the advantage over other stuff). But I do really like their deodorant (aromarant) and shaving cream (prince). I also use a couple other products, but I could use other stuff. The staff are friendly, and if you go in prepare to be cramped. Dont even try evaluating smells in there (even if you take something out of the store to try to get a good idea). The smell is completely overwhelming; hopefully not bad.

I was visiting from Vancouver ,Wa & had never been into a Lush store before. I had heard people talk about it but this was my very first experience. WOW!! I was totally blown away by the amazing products available. Brittney was our assistant & she was so knowledgeable!! She sold me on the Sexy Peel soap that I absolutely love! She also was wearing some hella cute shoes too!!! Thank you for hiring Brittney! She made my experience awesome. cant wait to return next time Im in Seattle.

There are always a ton of staff, which is lovely during rush hours but not so much when youre the only person in the store. Especially when your boyfriend is the one shopping and they all swoop on you because youre female. Im not a huge fan of their masks, as Im pretty sure one made me break out even more after trying it out for a while. However, their soaps and bath bombs rock, so I will continue shopping there for quite some time. Viva Lush!

I really enjoyed my experience here. The lady helping me knew so much information at products and guided multiple people on what hair care products they should use. I bought a hot oil treatment with some bath bombs and they made me a free sample of one of their shampoos. I really enjoyed these products at home and I look forward to ordering offline in the future.

I visited this LUSH Cosmetics twice in the past week while visiting Seattle and I had a great time! Id never been in a LUSH store before and the staff was helpful, and gave me demos with their massage bar and avocado shampoo/conditioner bar. I love every product I purchased and now I want more. Great service, top quality products, and fun stuff. I love LUSH!

I have often shopped at various LUSH stores around the world, it is always a fun experience full of lovely smells and friendly, helpful staff who will inspire you to try something new, if you ask. Their massage oil bars are nice.

Expensive products. Some products are interesting like made from natural fruits etc. But They are not 100% natural as some products has Paraben, so guys, plz look in to the ingredients para and then buy it.
