Ive been an Aveda-ite for over a decade and going to this retail location for the past five years. Ive always had great service while shopping for product. They dont do hair/color so I think the other reviewer was confused about the location. Ive had facials, hand massages, and skin consultations there and Ive had, not only, polite and kind service but a lot of fun interacting with their staff. Yay Aveda!

Ive had three treatments here. 2 did a very professional color job, but the third was a bit of a disaster - I asked them to make my medium brown hair a dark blonde, and it came out copper red. To their credit, they quickly scheduled me for a repair treatment and did not charge a penny. I was pretty happy with the results, but make sure to ask for a more experienced student if you get a color job here!
