I have many years of cosmetic sales and customer service experience under my belt. And the experience I just had at this Ulta, was not great. First off, I wasnt greeted. Then a gal popped out of nowhere and awkwardly shouted "HI!" at me. Not "welcome, how are you? Let me know if there is anything I can help you with!" Just "HI!", and walked away. Then as I was looking for a product, another associate came up and said "oh are you color matching?", I replied "yes, I love this product but its always sold out." She goes "oh yeah. Too bad. Shipment comes in tomorrow." Then walked away!!! Are you kidding me??? She didnt ask what color I was, or offered to check if there was any extra product in the back, or offer to get my information so when the shipment came I could come and buy it or offer to send it to me. I was willing to drop major cash to stock up. What a loss that was. Then, and this by far is the worst part, I was almost the only person in the store I was ready to check out and 3 of the associates where just sitting at the cash wrap chatting away with each other, and not one but TWO of them looked me straight in the eyes and did even acknowledge me! It wasnt until the gal that had orgianlly greeted me saw me (which hello? Its not like the place was busy) motioned me to come over to check me out. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Who ever manages customer experience has quite the job to do. If I ever acted like this at a counter or my current business, I would be written up. Disappointed to say the least.

Brought in an online purchase return. The salesperson for the first return handled it like a champ. The second time I came in for a return the salesperson was totally incompetent. I had the online print out as well as the packing slip with all the barcodes. She wanted to give store credit, which happens everytime I want to make a return. Didnt want store credit because you are unable to use them online shopping. Therefore, I ask her to try to make the return back onto my credit card. After going through 30 minutes of trying to figure it out, she shortchanged me $5. So now I have to drive back to the store to get the correction!! Too much of a pain, I will not shop at Ulta again.

I love the store for all the products they have. Ive never utilized the salon part so I cant speak to its amazingness. Ive noticed their drugstore makeup can be a tad bit pricier than other stores but the convenience of having high end right there and the beauty card with points is totally worth it. I love a lot of the Ulta makeup and they seem to consistently have great sales like the buy 2 get 2 free. If you love makeup this is the best place to shop!

They had tons of glitter primer that I have been looking for that were out @ most of the Ultas . The cashier that helped me was so nice. ( unfortunately I didnt catch her name). Im probably going to shop at this location from now on.

Can I give Bethenny 6 stars? She did an amazing job on my facial. I wanted the 20 minute facial, and she spent an hour with me and even did a shoulder/neck massage. She is super friendly and my face feels awesome!
