I usually love bath and body works, but today I went in with my sister and we simply said "we are fine just looking" and the employee who I sadly dont know the name of walked away and told another employee not to help us because we were rude.. It was very disrespectful especially since we could here them. Definitely wont be going there for a while.

The staff were very helpful, if not a bit over worked. The store was having a sale and it was quite packed. I love the smell that hits you on the way in. Still my favorite store in the mall
