How does this place have such good reviews? I would give the service 0 stars, I guess LUSH as a company gets a star because I do like a few of the products. I went in looking to replace my Pumice Power & Foot Soak & Fancy free. I noticed the shave cream next to these products and before I could finish reading the ingredients an employee was slathering it up all over my arm, I noticed a red rash forming on my arm and I started to explain to her that I have sensitive skin and psoriasis. Why wouldnt she ask me first of I have allergies before slathering something on me? I told her what my allergies are and then she proceeded to try and sell me a shampoo and said she wasnt sure how Id react to the lemon in it even though lemon wasnt in my list of allergies I explained. I read the ingredients and said I have no reactions to lemon oil and then she said oh I think its lemon juice not lemon oil then read the ingredients and said oh youre right its lemon oil. Then she asked if I wanted to feel it on my arm, I said no ( I dont need to feel something on my arm that is supposed to be for my scalp). She then told me I need to be washing my scalp everyday day, I said Im almost 30 Im aware of what happens to my scalp when I dont wash it, then she said she wasnt trying to talk down to me. She had also grabbed a face mask, I told her I wasnt in there for face products I was int here for foot products and I dont like products with parabens and she told her coworker who was also trying to upsell me that Im a foot person and then then she said no face stuff and then they asked me why I dont want parabens in my products so then I had to explain that they are neurotoxins linked to cancer and infertility. I said there are many products in here that are for me but those are not. She said that the face mask would take care of my psoriasis and I told her yeah so does hdrocortizone and she said but why would you want to put that on your face? Well first off I can go the the doctor and get injections of cortizone(steroids) because they are safe(although they do thin skin over time)! You cant got to the doctor and get injections of parabens (preservatives) because they are linked to cancer! Then they both left me without recommending any foot care products which they knew I was looking for or any products without parabens. I shouldnt even have had to explain why I dont use those products they should have just said ok well here are some that you can use instead of interrogating my about my beliefs. Ill be shopping online now so I dont get accosted by my beliefs and then not helped for what I actually needed.

I was first introduced to Lush about a year ago, and I have to say Ive been hooked ever since. The staff are amazingly friendly, the products are all vegetarian or vegan, and they really work hard to meet and exceed your needs. PLUS they have amazing charities and campaigns to which one can happily contribute. 5 stars from a satisfied LUSHie.

The Tacoma Mall was the first place where I experienced Lush. To be completely honest, the smell was really irritating. If you smelled things by one, it was good. But the amount of strong smells that were acting on my nose were very irritable. Over all, it would be nice to see more stock.

If you havent tried Lush, youre missing out. There are some must haves for our house here and my daughter just loves the bath bombs. I came in for a quick gift and left with samples and a new product to try myself!

The people are helpful and I like their soaps but their bath bombs dont look or react the same as the ones Ive bought in other locations. Its pretty much just food dye and glitter.
