Usually when I go into a Sephora, I am immediately hounded, harassed and bothered by the shop girls. "Try this." "This is SO much better." "Layer this after the serum." "Take a sample of this!" "Have you seen this?" "Let me show you this." Jesus! Just leave me the hell alone. I just want to get in and get out. I dont want another 17 products to layer on my face to the point that I look like I have 100% pure petroleum jelly on my face! This location is different. I was free to browse and look on my own. I quite like that. The Perricone, Brandt, Bliss and Origins sections were all fully stocked and very tidy. For a store that seems to be quite busy, this is quite a feat! Cheryl was my cashier and she was brilliantly fast. She even recommended a cologne, and that was only after I asked her for an opinion/recommendation. At the end of the purchase, Cheryl gave me one of the mens birthday gift packs which she said she gives to any guy that spends over $300.00 at once. Well, geez, Ive never gotten this kind of treatment anywhere else!

I have used and loved Sephora for about 12 years. Ive always had good experiences in their stores but I disliked this one enough to write a review about it. I generally think that when Im pleasant a person will be pleasant back to me, but the girl who checked me out was pretty rude. I made an official complaint but received form responses. Its enough to make me change my make-up purchasing to another store. Very disappointed.

I Love Sephora , I have been a beauty insider for about 5 years now all the sephoras I been are really nice and welcoming but this one has terrible customer service they dont ask if I need anything and I have there security checking up on me every min kinda racist I would say but i told them straight up I have my own I came to buy something im not taking anything so she just look at me surprised

This is literally the worst Sephora Ive ever been to. Terrible treatment of customers. My friend and I were not greeted at the store nor asked if we needed assistance. We were also racially profiled in this store. One of the male employees followed me and my friend around the store and monitored us until we left. I felt so uncomfortable and out of place and will never shop here again.

I love Sephora and usually buy my stuff online, but sometimes I want to check out colors/textures IRL so I go to a store thinking I can get some advice from a sales associate, only nobody ever seems to want to help me here. On the plus side, its not as busy as Valley Fair or Santana Row so they usually have stuff in stock.

Yes, a bit spendy, but they REALLY know the right products for the type of "makeup person" you are. Got a fabulous lipstick that really stays on....even after drinking tea or eating!
