I am a certified beauty addict (Sephora calls them VIB Rouge). If its new and wonderful and from my fav brand, I absolutely have to have it. So, Im lucky that my husband is SO understanding and that my girls at Sephora have me covered. The crew at Sephora in Southcenter are fantastic. They dont treat me any differently if I dont buy anything and they are so generous with samples. Theyre not like other high end department stores that will look at what youre wearing or what kind of purse you are carrying and treat you accordingly. They even humor my husband. Any one of them will talk to him and ask him if he needs something and make him samples of cologne when he asks and even though he, himself never buys any. They also help him pick fantastic presents for Christmas, my birthday, ect. I cant begin to express how much I love the level of service I receive here. I try to shop here first for everything, then fill in elsewhere. 10+ stars!

Constantly followed around the store and looked at like i will steal ive come to this Sephora multiple times (learn ur regulars idiots) and bought items hunty i make more than you i dont need your employees breathing down my neck unless theyre gonna recommend a beautiful product if not let me shop. Also your workers dont know anything about makeup i bought the abh dip brow in granite and i hate it more than i hate donald trump, way too dark which is what i asked one of your lovely employees who followed me around and she still recommended it IN THAT SHADE :))) thankfully it was only 18 bucks lol

There was one wonderful employee, but sadly, she did not make up for the fact that I was blatantly ignored after about 30 minutes in line...and told to "Hold on a minute" and then when I told her I cannot she said, "Oh well" and she kept on organizing and stocking in front of me WITH A LONG LINE instead of ringing me up. It was very upsetting. And blatant that she was passively aggressively doing that to be rude. She was moving things around, straightening them, and organizing things instead of just ringing me up. I will go to another one.

I went to sephora today and the while time I was being harassed by all employees. I couldnt look at he products I wanted to buy because I was being followed and interagated. I had to leave becuase I felt so uncomfortable and was unable to buy the products. If this happens aging Im going to shop somewhere else for my products. Im am a VIB member and it is disrespectfull that you put the label "very important beauty insider" and treat me like a criminal. Waste of my time and money shopping here.

Absolutely horrible service. My friends and I were continually followed by the employees throughout our whole experience. Most likely assuming we were going to steal. Its so disrespectful when employees assume younger people are going to steal. The employees have zero customer service skills. I would 100% not go to this location.

This location at one time had terrific service. It has gone downhill and its really atrocious the level of disrespect that some the employees have for clients. Every time I walk in with my gf (VIB Rouge) and they follow us around. Then when we ask a question the they take. They dont greet us or even smile.

No one offered assistance, even though there was 2-3 staff available. One of the male staff just smiled and didnt cross a word of welcoming. The cashier was nice and super sweet at the time of paying. I wont be going back to this location even though its close to me. I felt descriminated.
