BE AWARE OF THIS STORE AND MANAGER: My wife bought jeans from this store and came home to try them on and found out they were to small for her, so she brought them back to exchange them. When she got to the store the lady that helped her smelled the pants (In line and in front of other customers) and said they were washed (They were not washed) and that they couldnt exchange them. So my wife ask to speak to the store manager and was told SHE IS NOT HER TODAY BUT WILL BE HERE SUNDAY BETWEEN 9am - 5pm. (Keep this in mind). So she spoke to another manager/superviosr and she said the same thing. So my wife called their client escalation line and reported the store and left embarrassed and falsely accussed of something she did not do. When she called the manager Sunday (Today) the store manager picked up and she explain the story to her. Well needless to sy the manager had one hell of an attitude and said she was there the previous day and smelled and felt the pants and she beleived they were washed as well. SO THIS MEAN EITHER SHE JUST LIED OR THE STAFF LIED ABOUT HER BEING THERE. Also all my wife was looking for was an exchange for larger pants. Also keep in mind she never exchanged them and bought a larger size. They also said the pants were washed b/c they were faded on the knees and thighs. Well Old Navy must of washed the news ones she bought b/c they are faded in the knees and thighs as well. SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS STORE. THE MANAGER AND THE INTEGRITY OF THE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER. We will get to the bottom of this shortly as we are going to the regional manager and corporate. Oh yeah the media is a great place to go to as well! To be continued...

This store has a very BAD customer service. Those associates doesnt acknowledge customers at all! They walk around mad! I will not go back to this store again!!!!!
