Was going to leave a bad review because it was so hard to find someone to help. I was looking at a Mens watch and all the people I could find "didnt have a key". Was getting ready to walk out but then Kelly came to help me. She apologized for the wait and the runaround and proceeded to allow me to look at the watch that I was interested in. She looked up the "presale" price and other incentives. Mind you it was after 9pm and she did not rush me or try to pressure me into anything. I decided not to get the watch at the time because I wanted to think about it but I think I am going back and get it tomorrow. I really liked the watch but I almost feel guilty for not buying it to reward Kellys excellent customer service that is a dying artform in its self. JC Penney would be doing better if they had more employees like Kelly. I was at the Virginia Center Commons location between 8:30 and 9:05pm.
