Found the customer service at this location to be terrible. Cashier wasnt paying attention when ringing my purchases, double-charged me for the most expensive item, which I didnt discover until I was in the car and looked at the receipt. Called the manager immediately but after being given the run-around, was asked to call back the next a.m. due to store now being closed for the night. Called back at the specified time and was left on hold for 20 minutes. The store is an hour away from my home and I will have to spend half a day to return to that location to present the receipt in person. Not the experience Id expect from Saks. Nordstrom Rack and TJ Max have better customer service and prices in the Fair Lakes location.

Odd surprise in a perpetually busy shopping area! I wandered in and found a certain Rebecca Minkoff bag for only $170 that I had been eyeing on the site for some time (still $325 on there) so I was quite happy! Handbag selection is much nicer than Nordstrom Rack, TJ Maxx and other comparable stores. They even had some Alexander Wang and Furla pieces! Great selection of accesories such as sunglasses, Sonix cases as well. Otherwise, I found the clothing and shoe selection (and relative pricing) to be dismal in comparison to Nordstrom Rack.

Terrible customer service- no manners at all! Racists! I was in the store yesterday and this black cashier was literarily behaving herself as one of those uneducated and unethical idiots! I called the manager and guess what she was even worse. I`m not going there ever again and will tell anyone I know to avoid that store....

Terrible costumer service. They do not send the receipts sometimes and then even after getting a written note from the manager, the other manager wouldnt take it back or return the taxes because I didnt have a receipt and whos fault is that? They need better management, this is unacceptable.
