A year ago, I got a credit card from Express to get a 10% off from my first purchase. But later on, Express allows the third party to charge me 39.99 on my statement. I requested to dispute the charge, but they say that I have to deal directly with the third party. However the third party said that they charge me because I join kind of membership which I never asked and never agreed to join. Right now, nothing is solved and Express is still charging me that amount of money and late fees. That is terrible and ridiculous. I am writing a letter to Better Business Bureau to complain about it. Please never be cheated by Express Fashion.
