The service needs improvement. The checkout line was growing, and only 2 people checking out customers. However there were 3 girls (employees)standing near the front talking/texting, while there was a line. One of the customers behind me asked the girls if they can help out. The girl said she was on break and went back to texting on her phone. The customer asked if she can call for help. The girl didnt answer, while one of the girls on the register said to take off her badge. Now Im not one to complain, but if you are in a break, dont stand in the front where customers can see you, it looks as if you are negligent. Ive seen this happened before at another location, which is why Im not too fond of Ross, the clothes are okay, but the service sucks!

Terrible customer service from staff and manager. I asked for paper to wrap a fragile lamp. I was told by the cashier they had no paper and that I could use bags. The manager approaches me as Im wrapping the lamp and says I cant use all those bags and they have paper for that. I replied that I had asked for paper and was told they had none. She completely disregarded what I said and kept reiterating that they were low on bags and I couldnt do that. 1. I asked for paper 2. The cashier said we could use bags to wrap it. This is why you should shop at Marshalls and not Ross- at Marshalls they would have wrapped it automatically in paper. Dont waste your time at Ross.

Ross is much like TJ Maxx and Marshalls. Yet, this location doesnt have much of a selection like the Ross location in Brandermill. They offer great prices on clothes, luggage, linen, etc. Ive been able to find Adidas soccer socks here much less than going to the other local sporting goods stores. The items change that are here frequently, so if your looking for a clothing item, sleepwear, etc., stop here first before paying more at another store. They may have what youre looking for.

Rude older white lady associate/cashier..may have been manager because she wasnt wearing a blue shirt.. She yelled at the customers!! She should not be working on the floor around customers.

Today will be the last time I go to this location, the selection has really dwindled, store is always messy and appears to be understaffed with people that have no desire to be there.

A place to treasure hunt for home decor, dress, footwear and small electronics. If you are lucky you will find good brands for a steal.
