I have been consigning with them for about a year and have received mediocre service. They require that you pick up items within 3 days after they have been in the store for 3 months. I was a few days late to pick up some items 2 skirts, diamond engagement ring and a pair of Burberry booties. They returned the skirts with no queationed asked, as they were not that expensive but refused to return the Boots that were retailed over $900 and lost my diamond ring. I sent an email to the owner to request an exception and return the ring and boots. Here is the reply "We do make exceptions for fine jewelry. You may pick up the diamond ring but the other items have been forfeited. Please note that this is a one time exception on the jewelry. We need to keep a consistent policy. I hope you understand." I have been consigning my items to help pay for chemo treatments that are not covered by my insurance. I was unable to pick up my items because I was undergoing treatment that week. I would hope that the owner would be a little more understanding and have a bit more compassion for my situation.

The store offers great quality and unique items at great prices. Also, Ive consigned with other stores, but Carousel is my store of choice!! Absolutely the best in the area!!
