The few times I have patroned this establishement, I have had good experiences. The staff have been friendly and willing to assist. My last visit was Tues, 24 May 2016. This store location will be moving soon to the Broadlands. I am disappointed that it will be as theyre advertising "just 5k away". Thats an additional 5k from where live but Im sure theyre reason is sound. *They have a good selection of running shoes. The clothing selection is small but they are trying to downsize a bit before the move. If they dont have something at this store that they have at another, they will try to get it to you. *The location is close to the local W&OD Trail entrance and convenient for running groups to get together and meet up for their runs. I had trying to work myself up to being able to participate. Ill just have to wait and see what is available once they are established in their new location. *I would recommend this store for anyone looking for running shoes and a place that will work with you to find your fit.

The team that was working when I came in yesterday went out of their way to give me a great experience! Extremely helpful, and after the last transaction, I wanted to make sure that I left a positive review, because they really treated me well. Before yesterday, I was pleased with their service. Now, I cant imagine NOT buying all my shoes from PR. Thanks for being so awesome, guys! Highly recommended!

I went about 4 months ago for shoes and agree with other reviews. They were extremely knowledgeable as well as helpful. The analyzed my stride via camera playback gave me several options let me run in each. Unlike the first reviewer I believe they know exactly what they are talking about. My husband is going today for his analysis and shoes. We will be long time customers

I wanted to get back into running and came to this store to look for new running shoes. The staff was awesome. I tried on a couple pairs of shoes, they analyzed my stride and fit me into a great shoe. They explained why that shoe was better for me than others and answered all my questions about training sessions. I will be back.

Unlike the previous reviewer I found the staff to be helpful and worked closely to assist in the selection of shoes. I knew what I was looking for and have been running for years, but there were two customers that were new to the sport and they appeared to be getting excellent service and advise.
