I HAVE LOVED Frilly Frocks for a long time now – over 5 years – and followed it to Leesburg from its original Ashburn location. As a mother of four, quality at a savings is ALWAYS on my mind. In my opinion, Frilly Frocks delivers on both of these points. As soon as you step in, you notice the difference. The store is clean and there is typically a large and orderly selection. Only better brands are accepted, some with original price tags. It is difficult to tell new from gently used items because the store displays as a retail store. As my children grow, I continue to purchase larger sizes and consign the outgrown clothes and feel like I am also doing something good for the earth. Frilly Frocks is also a favorite of my children – they see how allowance money stretches much further here. Gymboree and Justice have been favorites for my younger ones. The Juniors’ Section is especially worth a second look when you consider Mall prices for the popular teen brands. And Ladies’ has some real gems. I personally enjoy the selection of designer clothing and purses and recently purchased a Coach wallet for a fraction of its original retail price. The Frilly Frocks website is a good source of information on the consignment process. It is convenient in that you can print and fill out your drop form prior to coming in as I do – really speeds things up. You can keep up with frequent sales through their online newsletter. More recently, Frilly Frocks has added doTerra Essential Oils which I also have tried and can recommend with some very good results – nice to take a more natural approach with your family’s health. If Frilly Frocks has all this going for them, it is not by accident. From my personal experiences, I know the Owner – Ms. Rebecca Kaselow, to be an outstanding woman very committed to helping others through her love of the environment, doTerra, and adopting greyhounds. As a long-time & loyal customer, I have found the managers and staff to be top-notch and work hard to ensure your complete satisfaction. The biggest reason I love Frilly Frocks is because it is FUN and I am a veteran fan (and also their dedicated webmaster at Four Tech Solutions) – the store is special and the staff is enjoyable – give it a try!

I attended the "Ladies Night Out" that Frilly Frocks put on in September. I was in the market for purchasing a whole new wardrobe, since I was moving from a nursing career, back into the professional world. I didnt even own enough clothing to have more than 2 - 3 outfits, and couldnt afford much. The wonderful fashion consultant that Frilly Frocks had on staff that night was WONDERFUL. She assisted me in picking out several staples to have in my wardrobe, that would mix and match and also look stunning. She stood by the dressing room door as I tried everything on, spending at least an hour with me. She gave honest, professional advice about what items worked, and which ones didnt. After discovering that Frilly Frocks had a layaway plan, I was sold! I put my entire wardrobe on layaway, and picked it up after receiving my first paycheck. I have received several compliments on my "new" clothing from co-workers and clients, and everything fits well, looks great and works well together. The best part? I got this entire wardrobe, dressy winter boots included all for under $170! I have since referred MANY friends to check out the awesome clothing and accessories! Thank you Frilly Frocks for carrying high-quality items and making a difference in my life. Youre store is the best!

The owner of this place is beyond rude. I have consigned and shopped at this place off and on for a while. I am one to try to support all of the local businesses, but I have just had enough with dealing with the poor service and the "holier than thou" attitudes. Also, this place rips off consignors. In the consignment agreement, they say that if you do not pick up your items that they will be donated. I called to pick up my unsold items and they said that they sold "after the expiry" date. I was surprised to learn that they simply kept the entire proceeds for themselves. I also once consigned an expensive St. John item (worth approx $200), and I was told it had been "donated" when I went in to pick it up (yes, late again - my fault). The issue? I saw it hanging on the rack and they told me it was not mine. This was a very unique yellow and black velvet jacket (a product of the 80s). They really thought I would be stupid enough to think that two exact items were brought in? All in all, I will never set foot in the door again. As the saying goes, fool me once... shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. The business is based on dishonesty, cheating, and unpleasant ownership. Not a place for me to support.

I do NOT recommend consigning with Frilly Frocks! Initially dropping items off was frustrating as it took a long time and after the first employee chose which clothes to consign, another came after her and gave me back several items as she apparently does not like pink and stated pink is not a winter color (even though the were sweater and long sleeve name brand). Okay, fine. Later they called me to ask me to pick up items that did not sell and that I would need to come again the following week to potentially pick up more items since they did not put all my items out at the same time. I asked if I could wait and pick them up at once which they agreed to. The day before I was scheduled to pick them up an employee called and asked if they could keep my items through at least the holiday season which was fine. They keep records of your conversations with them but conveniently left that one off my account and only put that I failed to pick up my items and they were donated. Since I did not hear anything I assumed they sold. When I called (granted a few weeks after their winter season ended) they just said to read my agreement. I will definitely not be trusting my items with them again!

Calling all mommies, fashionistas and frugalistas!! Frilly Frocks is a gem of a consignment shop tucked into the fun Village at Leesburg, and is the ONLY spot in Loudoun County where you can get your haute couture fix, pick up new and like-new outfits for the kiddos from all their favorite stores - Gymboree, Ralph Lauren, Abercrombie and more, and score a stunning dress for that upcoming charity event with jewels and shoes to match! Frilly Frocks is a one-stop, super-stocked shop with new merchandise coming in all the time that will have you dropping your jaw first at the amazing selection, and again at the register when you realize what a steal you got it all for. The staff is helpful, the decor whimiscal and fun, and as an added bonus they carry a fantastic line of homeopathic oils that are literally mircale workers -- one of the cashiers heard my 3-year old coughing and recommended a peppermint oil blend for her, and it cleared up her congestion in two days, no pediatriciation visit necessary! Go grab your mom, mother-in-law, neighbor, your girlfriends and your kids and head to Frilly Frocks for consignment perfection!!! :)
