I bought some picture frames from Manassas location it was already scratched they didnt give me any discount, but after few days today when I come to return it a female manager refused to take it back she is not helpful with the customers I dont know her name, but she is working now which is today 11/27/2016 at 12:36pm I dont have any number for customer service to complain about her that is why I had to post it here, so her customer service is 0.

Literally got NO help or greeting at all. Waited in the checkout line for several minutes only to have the cashier SKIP over me and take the person in a different line and when I protested, she said she HAD to take him first. What? Ever heard of customer service Ross? Ill never shop at a Ross store again based on my experience at Manassas. Terrible. Just terrible.

This store has a lot of items on discount. In general most Ross stores are a mess and hard to keep up, so kudos to the staff here for doing a good job. Customer service is hit or miss, but at the same time they deal with a lot of difficult customers , however, overall theyve always been helpful, including the sercurity officers.

Employees arent helpful I used to work them and would go above and beyond even at a minimum wage because I wanted to succeed and move forward but it seems like a lot of the employees here do not know how to speak their their customers in a professional way.

Its great, the cloths and all. Except for the tech stuff there. I bought some headphones for like 8 dollars. 3 days later one side of the of the headphones dont work.

I find this kind of depressing for the male section. It is shrinking by the minute. I guess women shop more. Staff always friendly. Not the most organized.
