Messy store, appears to be understaffed. Went to check and there were absolutely no clerks at registers except for returns. At other stores they usually alternate between lines..but not here. I got in the return line to buy my shower curtain (1 item) and was rudely spoken too by woman at the return register to get back to other line and back up to post....what??...So much better service at Ross stores up north will NEVER shop in willow lawn again. How about talking to customers nicely and apologize for trouble and waiting...what a concept...Overall unpleasant shopping...My usual Ross experience is good and always look forward to going and finding a great deal..get your act together Willow Lawn your behind the curve in basic customer service.

Convenient location at Willow Lawn Shopping Ctr. w/ample parking. Great for discount shopping on clothes & shoes, purses & wallets, bed sheets, bath items, kitchen/dining items, rugs & doormats, hair & skin care products. Includes some packaged food items (coffee, tea, jams/jelly, olive oils, etc.), pet items, & cell phone accessories. Advice: Mon.-Thurs. are best times to come to avoid checkout lines, messy conditions & noisy patrons.

If there is less than one star I would give. The cashier their so mean. I had problems with my credit card and the cashier told me I have to go back in line I went back and when I arrived her she ignored me she called the person whos behind me I was surprised she told me you werent online and she was keeping calling the person behind me. NO RESPECT AT ALL

As Ross stores go, this location is very clean and fairly well organized. Selection of items seems on the small side, but this seems to be a problem with all Ross stores. Clearance items are few and far between for clothes, books, and toys. Prices are a bit higher than one would expect for whats in stock.

Good spot for finding in-season clothing at lower prices. Shoe selection is often a bit lacking (especially for any shoe size over a 7) but if you wear a size 6 shoe, youll probably clean up. Household goods can often be found if you are willing to wander the racks and shelves in the back.

Ross has everything I went there for pants and walked out with a steering wheel cover instead, on a separate occasion I went there for an inexpensive photo frame. This is my shopping place of choice.

Reasonably priced but more often than not the store is either understocked or super unorganized. Still a good place to start if youre looking for cheap shoes, home goods, clothes etc.

Great prices...great selection based on what day/time of year you shop...downside there is always a line. This could be avoided if the store was properly staffed during peak times.

Didnt find much and thats unusual. Home section was pretty bare and customer service folks appeared sullen and were hesitant to speak-even when I said "thank you".
