This review is more for JCpenneys appliance delivery company - FSA network, and not specific to the store. However, the experience has made me so bitter I probably dont ever want to shop for appliances at JCP anymore. JcP works with probably the worst, unprofessional delivery company I have ever dealt with in my life. I had ordered an LG washer and Dryer from JCpenney on Oct 5 with the original delivery scheduled for Oct 22. Today is Nov 4 and my Washer n Dryer are still not installed after 4 visits from these Delivery guys. To top it off one of the installers gave serious attitude and threatened me because I asked them to cover their shoes before carrying the machine on my new hardwood floors. The worst of all every time these guys come to my place they always have some excuse to not install. Infact my Washer n Dryer were damaged in delivery process and Im left to deal with the manafacturer to get the units replaced. Because of this horrendous experience Im cancelling my order with JCpenney and going to other dealers and checking if they do business with these @$#!. If they do, not buying products from the dealers at all. I cant believe such people exist in this country...these guys also cuss in spanish when they come to deliver knowing very well I dont speak the language. JcPs General Mgr - Cheryl, is apparently looking into this issue but I have lost faith in the brand. A NOTE: HomeDepot and Lowes also apparently work with FSA Delivery company. SO PLEASE BE WARNED!

Do not use the hair salon...its awful! Got sucked in by a too-good-to-be-true $50 coupon for color. Got my brown roots done and theyre now sparkly, brassy brown even though I told her I needed an ash color. I had her touch up my Scarlet red chunky highlights, asking that she not touch the chunky blonde. All came out brown. 1" trim ended up being about 3" gone. She tried to fix it by redoing the red with a different color as she informed me they no longer carry reds...wouldve been nice to know this at the start. Turned out better the 2nd time, but still not good. Ended up paying $125 for the 2 sets of red highlights, was there for 5hrs causing me to miss the concert I was getting dolled up for. And today Im sitting in a different salon getting it all fixed, completely pisser because the salon manager says they dont give refunds, but she didnt think I needed one anyway because she thinks my hair looks great. Maybe by your standards, but it looked much better before going there.

This store has gone so downhill over the past couple years.. When I used the fitting room in the womens petites section, it was crowded full of women just standing around watching their friends. After I tried on some clothes, I had to squeeze past people and placed my unwanted clothes on the heaping pile of disheveled clothes. The fitting room attendant then had the nerve to pull me aside to tell me that I need to fold the clothes for her "next time." Im sorry, unfolded clothes might not be the biggest priority when there were multiple USED TAMPONS and other trash on the floor in my fitting room. So gross. Wont be coming back.

My experience at JCP salon was very bad. Got solid hair color done from a designer stylist but the color is not at all visible. Even after complaining i was being said that it was the problem of my original hair color. I am not at all satisfied and feel my money was wasted.
