Hello, I visit your Midlothian store 9/12/16 in search of a passport cover for a trip Im taking this weekend. When I walked in the door there was no greeting, I was not acknowledged, no welcome of any kind from the employees. As I browsed I saw a young lady at the counter so I proceeded to inquire about a passport cover. I asked if they had any, she responded, "I dont think so". Not let me check or let me check with another associate, but "I dont think so". I continued to browse for a few more minutes and I left. No thank you for coming or any gesture that I was even in the store. I’m saying all of this because I work part-time in retail so I know a bit about customer service and wanting to have return customers. And the reason they are return customers is because we made them feel appreciated and a priority. I did not feel that way! Signed Customer-Not-Served-Well

I had a very pleasant experience. when i walked in the door i was greeted by the staff and instructed that if i needed help they would be very glad to do so. I bought a coach purse and the price was great. The sales associate even helped me look around for a pair of clogs. it was my first time going there and i will certainly be back ! !! ! ! ! !

They treat their employees like dirt. Especially the good ones. They also made me wait 4 hours just to price 1 pair of shoes. Horrible place. Dead atmosphere. And boring staff. Do not shop here. Or trade in. They rip you off.

My experience always depends on staff, some of the young teenage employees at this location are very rude, both to customers as well as to other employees.

Brought in clothes to sell associate told me they couldnt buy cause size was too big but I had seen bigger sizes. I had sizes 8 or 10 and Large or XL.
