Today I had the worst shopping experience till date thanks to the staff at this store. We bought 5 items but on my way out, looked at the bill and it said 7 items. I was lucky that I didnt step out of the store else I wouldve been called a thief by the manager. When I walked back to the employee at the cash register and brought up this issue, he was acting as if he didnt know or remember anything! He called his manager who was extremely unpleasant to deal with. She kept on asking us if we had left the store. They started acting all suspicious that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Then she said that she wanted to check the cameras to see if we hid the 2 extra items that we had an issue with on our bill ! I was so pissed off ! They left us hanging for a good 30 minutes. When they couldnt find any evidence, they gave us the refund but not even once did they apologize. Then on my way out she asked me with a smile if my issue was taken care of. I dont know why they hire such ill mannered and uneducated people. They dont know how to respect customers. They better keep these kind of employees away from front desk. I dont think Ill ever be returning to this store.

Do not go to this store. It is 110% unsafe. My mother went in there alone last night to kill time til she had to be somewhere. While she was in there she had canvases that were on a very top shelf slip and fall on her head. My mother is a very short person and I know for a fact she was not trying to reach what fell on her because she knows her butt is short. Well the employees bring her a chair, pick up the stuff... And put it right back where it fell from, after that they say we will be right back.... Yeah OK nobody came back to check on her or nothing. Those wrongfully placed canvases could have killed my mother or someone elses mother. Something needs to and will be done. Everyone please stay out of this store.

Costumer service was terrible the lady at the jewelry place was acting as if I was invisible i had to ask her for help even tho I was right in front of her face, she didnt even said hello or ask if I need any help, I asked her to showed me 2 bracelet and I pointed the first one to her then the second one she told me in a mean way she was going show me 1 fist then I told her I was trying to match it with my watch she said she didnt think the other one will match in a mean tone as if she didnt want to get it out of the stand for me. I dont know if it was a matter of race because Im Hispanic but thats not the way you expect to be treated when you go shopping so upsetting.

If youre looking for cheap clothes with imperfections, shop here. If youre looking for horrible customer service, shop here. If you wish to be treated with any semblance of respect, shop anywhere else. And God forbid you want to bring your child into the dressing room with you. Its a nightmare and I would advise anyone to shop at any other store than this one.

Pace yourself to find treasures in this store. Never go in with a specific item in your mind as you would be amaze at what you might find. Just go in with an open mind and lots of moolah cos all of their products are affordable, great condition and good quality.

Ive found the athletic wear at this location to be pretty good. Ive been able to find a few different running shorts here that really fit the bill. They were Adidas shorts and Nike shorts at great prices (15-19$). Id happily come back and shop here again.

Customer service is all business but decent. Returns were made without attitude or guilting. Clothes and home products have a wide range of styles. Prices are close to stress free. Women, expect to pay more than men per outfit with just comparing the basics.

The cashier was busy with something else. He threw my receipt in the bag. He rushed away. I dont even think he said anything. I understand people get busy, but you still have to be courteous. I like the store so I will still come back.

The sorely lacking in plus size options this store has great values. This particular location is a bit older and their mens department is the pits. Its a smaller store but they always seem to have really good luggage purses and kitchenware.

Its always a treasure hunt, but in a fun way. Bought some unique decor from here when I bought my first house. Easy to navigate as the items are very spread out. Expect long lines during holiday season. Place gets packed fast!
