I went into Clothes Mentor thinking it would be a better, quicker option than consignment.....Wrong! The 1st sales associate seemed nice enough, even though she "totally lost her train of thought, OMG, what was I just saying?" while explaining their policy on buying to me. I said its fine I did my homework on the website. I know what you claim to be looking for. I had my clothes in a large tupperware, neatly folded and all pre-cleaned. The clothes were stored in a closet for 3months till fall came and the fashions were in. She said it would be 45min and they would text me (in the video online they show a sales associates going through your items with you, obviously a lie) Then a manager, I assume, walked in and sales associate #1 said "oh, thank god, this will take no time at all", understaffed, I guess. So I browsed a little, left the store and waited in my car for an HOUR before I got a text message to come in. They said nothing but "You can bring these two items back, freshly laundered and we might buy them." (not the name brand things I had like Prairie Underground, Calvin Klein, Free People or Kenzie plus numerous mall fashion brands like I.N.C. which they claim to want) My opinion, Rude.....and totally out of touch. Maybe buy there if you are looking for soccer mom chic but dont waste your time trying to sell. Everything I had had been bought in the last 6mths-3yrs and was clean and in good condition. Im taking my clothes to The Hall Tree or Clementine. They must have too much inventory or poor clientele/staff. They claim high class, but my clothes that they looked at were dumped back into my container, unfolded and they didnt even look at the rest of it. I can tell because they are still folded. I didnt expect them to buy all or even half of it but this is just embarrassing for such a High Fashion and on trend store. Overpriced Goodwill, if you ask me. Dont believe the website...this store didnt hold up.

Things are great was a little confused to them accepting shoes from me name brand but not the clothing the ones I had that were ps. I had just bought a week ago never worn them and I saw the same dress just different color in store but they dodnt accept mine and a pair of heels I bought from them didnt fit so I didnt wear them just saved them to I went back to resell them they didnt take them never said why to it. I dont think Id sell to them may be another area but everything else was good.

I went twice to sell to them. First time was okay not extraordinary but okay. Second time, I brought a whole duffle bag full of pants (multiple name brands). Not only did the workers not want to help but when one walked over she looked at about 3 of the pairs on top and said we cant take anything. I had about 20 pairs of pants. I think it was just laziness since I disrupted them eating at the counter.

I just couldnt believe that the employee told me that the clothes were too small. I thought the store was for all sizes. She also had the audacity to say that some were soiled. Im speechless and will never go there again. She really hurt my feelings. It is not what you say, it is the way you present it.

The staff can not authentic luxury items properly ( so I would think twice before buying any designer items for them). The store is such a unorganized mess. And the staff were not friendly or helpful when asking questions. Id recommend going to the Goodwill before selling or buying anything from this place.

I have three grown daughters who are just starting out in their professional careers, Clothes Mentor is a great place for them to get started on their working wardrobes at a reasonable price. I am able to update my wardrobe at the same time. A win, win all the way around.

LOVED this store! Where else can you buy designoe bags, clothes, shoes, etc for that price. Pluse I enjoy going there. The staff is very friendly and willing to share what they know. Have womens clothes for ALL shapes and sizes. I just couldnt keep this find to myself!

This is my favorite store in the whole wide world!!! They have the best deals ever!! Great quality items for super low prices!!! I would recommend this store to everyone!! Not to mention they bought my designer items for a fab price!!! Everyone needs to check them out!!

I will never come here too sell my clothes again. The employee was nice enough, but refused to take my clothes because they were too overstocked on pants and were too small to sell. Can take my stuff elsewhere that will be glad to take it no matter the size.

Great experience my first time in the store! Two dresses, a top, & a pair of shoes. The staff was helpful & friendly; what a nice change from other similar places. I like that the store supports good causes as well. Ive told a bunch of people about it.

Absolutely love this store. They have tons of name brands and in Excellent condition - not just "sellable condition". The store is very clean and organized well. Oh and the staff is so friendly ~ its like having a personal stylist there to help you!

This is a great idea for this area. Women can find clothes from brands like J Crew and Citizen jeans...plus Coach and other designer handbags. I have been to one in Minnesota and the prices were awesome. I cant wait for it to open here.
