Store is mess, two or three employees in the store most of the times so good luck getting help there, you cant find what you looking for especially in shoes every single shoes seems to be a mis-mate, waited 3 weeks for them to call me about a pair of shoes still have not heard from them. You cant walk in the shoe the department there is shoes all over the floor. Wish I could post the pics I took last time I was there. The store has worsened even more especially in providing a good costumer service, the African American manager is so rude and unprofessional.

Service was awful. Took 45 minutes to get them to find the price for a dress I liked. Dressing room is super rundown and many stalls dont have mirrors--that is, if you can find someone to unlock the door for you. Also the merchandise is totally jumbled and impossible to locate anything.

You walk in and instead of "hello", "welcome" or "how can I help you?", you get a "do you want to open a credit card?" from one of the sales ladies! I havent even looked at anything yet! They are not there to help me or earn my business and therefore, I wont spend my money there.

This place has the worst customer service. I wont recommend anyone to shop here when visiting leesburg outlets. Simply rude staff, very unprofessional.
