I am regular customer at this store. Earlier two Store managers were so great at customer service. O my gosh, this new store manager, Mr. Brian, just pathetic person I ever saw in any customer service job. If anybody wants to see worst customer service, then go there. Rudest store manager with frowns on his face and know nothing about management. I was in the counter checking out my stuff and he called next customer as I was interrupting his work. He would make face at your back. I caught him laughing at one old fat lady coz she was looking at one dress. Other day I just ask him that if they got new summer stuff then in most rudest tone and big sigh he said everything is on floor. I heard him yelling at his employees. My question is who gave him this position. When he doesnt know the basics of Retail job. I dont know if anybody reads these reviews but if these really have any effect then he need to go home and stay there forever. He should not be the person who would be in charge. Mr. Brian please learn to respect your customers. If they wont come to your store you would loose your job. And if you dont like them then sit at home. That would help you and will be relaxing for customers. Bottom line: I think he wants that this store should be close soon so thats why he is trying best for that.

Horrible place!! I used to shop here on a regular but most recently I have had the employees harass me on each visit, one even went over the head of my disabled sons head to take clothes off a rack..had one employee run over my feet with a rack because she didnt want me to look at the merchandise untill she put them on shelf..Its not worth the savings to me anymore:(

Awful customer service. A small clutch wasnt tagged and the associate made up an outrageous price and refused to double check with anyone. The price she made up was twice what I paid for a small purse during the same transaction. Crazy. She also didnt give me my receipt, I had to ask. Heads up Associate # 236018 - Customer Service may not be your thing.

Merchandise not not tagged had identical merchandise in purchase exams. 2pair superman socks for 2.99 2 pair of batman socks no tag they were gonna sale to me 8.99.doesnt work that way when I worked retail customer got lower price
