Store is disorganized with broken merchandise and limited selection. Ive found in several occasions that the front doors are locked up to 15 minutes before their advertised closing time and their employees (even managers) are rude and unhelpful. Its fine if you are willing to dig through piles for a bargain but dont expect any help from employees. I tend to skip this store and go to the newly opened Marshalls down the road or the TJ Maxx in Sterling.

worst management ever, DO NOT APPLY FOR WORK there, they literally put me behind cash register the first day with no training, i was shaking from nervousness. if you notice, they ALWAYS have hiring, because anyone barely applies there and, no one stays there for longer than 6 months. apply for a grocery stores like CVS, wegmans, Target etc.

A very lack luster, half filled shelves and racks Rosss I have no idea why this d qone isnt as good as all the others but it even goes as far as how things are displayed and if they work. I try not to go to this Rosss although what they have is a good price and good quality. I jus wish they had more of it like every other store.
