I love shopping for great deals at Marshalls. I recently purchased a product that looked terrible after one washing and decided to try to get my money back. Brenda helped me at the register and maintained the nicest smile and consideration through the entire process. The manager at the Merchants Walk Marshalls store arrived at the counter and kept telling me the store does not accept old or used merchandise. I dont think he even listened to my complaint. Naturally, I grew quite frustrated as I felt I would not be able to shop any more at a store which had no sort of guarantee for its products. The conversation was not going well until the manager actually looked at my receipt. When he saw I had purchased less than a week prior and could not possibly have worn these items out in that amount of time, he began to see what he could do about the issue. I figured out the the items looked so bad that he probably had not initially believe my story of them being new. In the end, Alvin agreed to refund my purchase and did it more happily than I had hoped. He maintained my confidence in Marshalls, and I will continue to shop there now that I know their product satisfaction will be handled reasonably when possible. Much thanks to these two employees.

The staff is so nice and very helpful,my 9yr old lost his ten dollars in the shop,one of the staff found it and gave it back to us (loyal),you dont get that a lot..my boy was so happy.. Keep up the good work!!
