Assistant Manager Lenwood Overton is the rudest person I ever met. He has 0 knowledge on customer service and the store policy. He refuse to return an product which completely meets the requirements of return policy. I was able to successfully return the same product to Fairfax location where no question was asked during return. He also gives you an attitude "Customer is always WRONG". Already filed an complain to corporate. The company must be sucks to employ such a personality like him. Think of a different occupation Mr. Lenwood. Maybe McDonald? Never mind they even have better employee then you. The store is also a mess all the time and most of the Bi-Lingual cashier speak foreign language while they with the customer (who doesnt speak same language). I am immigrant and worked in retail before, so I know the rule.

This is the better Burlington in the area, compared to the closer to my house in Sterling. That location usually is trampled, disorganized, chaotic and sparse. It had been awhile since I had been to this location and I was slightly shocked when I walked in by how much cleaner it is! Minus the jewelry section, (everything that was on clearance was almost all damaged or missing pairs), it was organized and friendly. I love that there is an upstairs. However, I will note that when I was in there, the line was short and there were several employees standing around gossiping while the phone rang repeatedly for over HALF AN HOUR while I was browsing. Nobody even glanced at it. Maybe they arent supposed to but the ringing made it very difficult to concentrate after awhile.

The only reason I give it a three star is because the lady at the register was nice. Register 4 by the way. Her hair was nice. Also the bathrooms need a makeover. They remind me of Anne Hathaway before she became princess of Genovia. And, the lady by the dressing room was really mean. She got mad at my mom. But other than that it was spectacular. (tough love honey get used to it)

I had ordered clothes for work. The delivery date kept being pushed back and back and back. Then FedEx said it was delivered. It was not. I was home all day that FedEx said it was delivered. It was never delivered to my front door, nor the mail box. No one has yet to contact me back when I have called and sent emails multiple times. Terrible online and customer service.

The store could use some sprucing up. Merchandise was scattered around the store (I mean, it should be but not to that degree, Ross/Marshalls are in better shape) and it was a mess. Checkout line was long and decided not to purchase with the amount of time it was going to take. Take your looking eyes and patience here.

Just like the slogan says " There more than great coats" They stock fashionable clothing items and shoes in my size. Being a "Chubby around the Edges" person its welcoming to be able to walk into a store and find something for you. Ive never had an issue finding shoes and clothing for the larger gentlemen.

Worst checkout line in the retail universe! I had an even exchange and had to wait in the regular retail purchase line. I experienced the torture when I purchased it originally only to have to relive the hell?! Worst line ever!!! Worst exchange experience ever. I will never shop here again!

Everything there is ok. But the important things they need to nice is: ""the restroom"". My wife say, the woman restroon is ""nasty"" And the men too, i dont a words to say aboit it. Just nasty nasty.. Sorry about it but; they need to be clean inside for better shopping..

Great collection of womens accessories - per my wife. I was looking for mens active shorts, but there were none, in fact there were jackets placed in the "shorts" section. Hence 4 stars. The store has great collection of jackets of all the sizes.

I give 4 stars because the prices there are really good and theres good clothes and cooking supplies there I love going there for Christmas . but usually the lines are long but today when I went near closing hours there wasnt such a big line.

Always messy everywhere but not the employees fault Ive seen costumers trying one and other and other coats or sweaters or whatever throwing them out on top of others organized clothes or changing the hangers with the wrong size..

Worst Burlington Ive ever been too, and Ive been to several in Philly and on in NY. Sales associates cant communicate to customers and dont care to try. Line is always long. Never a good experience
