I have been coming to this Rugged Wearhouse location for over 15 years. The store used to be a hot mess with unwelcoming and very rude staff. Merchandise was thrown everywhere and the workers would trash talk the customers right in front of their faces. The only thing that kept me coming back were the prices and quality of certain merchandise (like finding a needle in a haystack). Even then I would sometimes walk right passed the store cause of the mess of merchandise you can see from the window. But now the store and staff have literally made a 180º turn. The staff is so friendly and helpful!! You can really tell that the people running this place actually care. The store is now organized and well kept (for a discount clothing store). There is much more organization when it comes to lines for the dressing room and register, which was very much needed. I dont know what happened (maybe new management??) but I am glad for this change. I will continue to be a Rugged Wearhouse shopper for life!

i came here a week ago, expecting not much, but i found a ed hardy shirt for only $6 and a pair of Delia jeans for only $10. i came back today and found a pair of Nike Navaro high tops for only $30, if i would have gone to Foot locker, i would have to pay at least $60 on those. they also had this no tax weekend today so even better. they really have great stuff, like the mens jeans were on sale for only $10. great place and great staff.

Ommmmgg.... Me and my 2 sisters came here around Xmas hoping to find good deals.....:((((((....we were sooooo disappointed compared to the other ruggid wearhouses we been 2 this one Jus looked like worndown clothes from the thrift store... Nd the customer service sucked the store smelled like an old ANTIQUE STORE.... Wtf

They seem to have more selection of clothes but seems that the quality is getting bad. Bought a pair of pants and within a week they ripped! The lines get long and only one cashier. The changing rooms are always locked and full of clothes.

Great deals-especially guys clothes-dont expect any customer service, look out for the employees arguing with each other! Might make for good reality TV!!!!!
