One heart one love

I went to Express store at Pentagon city mall on Sunday to buying some clothes. There was a lot of clothes hanging in the fitting room. The customer service was powerless. Irlinda and the manager was very disrespectful to me at register. I am a longtime customer at this particular store. I was very disappointed with my last experience.

Absolute terrible experience. They didnt have anything in the right size. Then the prices were incorrectly marked as admitted by their manager. We were forced to order online which happen to not even have the items we wanted available. For an establishment which has been around forever, they need to figure out customer satisfaction.

This location provides superior customer service. The store manager is polite and knowledgeable. She and her staff are always ready to help, and they do it with a genuine smile. I go out of my way to shop at this location and highly recommend it to anyone that cares about having a pleasant shopping experience.
