Horrible customer service throughout the whole store. Went in on Thursday, May 11th , 2017 around 1:00p.m. trying to get two polo shirts for my husband. There was only one register opened at the time and the cashier was assisting a customer opening a credit card. Ive been waited for more than 10 minutes and asked a gentlemen who work there staring at me if there is anyone else can help me check out since I know the cashier will take awhile. The reply I got was "No, that is the only one!" Then a minute later I heard the cashier called on her headset to ask for someone to come up to help me check out but unfortunately there were two gentlemen who were free but didnt bother to come and help. After waiting more than 15 minutes I just put the shirts down and left and they dont seem to cared. Will never go back to this store with this kind of customer service.

This is one of the best BR stores I have ever been to. I went in just to look around one night but found thing I really liked. Unfortunately the size did not fit me well. A staff called Stav really took his time to track down the stores that have it. He was on the call with another store for more than 10 minutes, I even feel bad and told him he could stop because it was taking too long; but he insisted it was his job to help me get what I want. The manager was also nice and pleasant. I truly appreciate this top-notch customer service on top of good products. I recommend this store for its awesome staff and overall neatness.
