This is hands down the worst & most unprofessional store. I went there to buy suits for work. I picked out about 15 suits. The ladies that work at the dressing room were very rude. One asked me if i was trying all of them on. When I said yes, she looked at the other lady and started talking about me in spanish. Then she said I cant try them on because it is too much, they are closing the store in 45 min, and she would have to put them back. I told her i would not be that long and if I dont like the fit i would put it back because i have to get another size. She started talking about me in spanish to the other lady again complaining and not wanting to give me the number for my items so i can try them on. Im a Latina, but I look more Indian so she did not know i spoke spanish or maybe she was not that intelligent to notice. I requested to speak to the manager. The manager came and they both talked about me in spanish, about the amount of clothes i was going to purchase, how it was too much, etc. Then she, the manager, had nerve to ask me if i was going to buy all of it and if i could afford it. They gave me a number to try things on after i said i was going to buy the stuff because they did not want to be stuck putting it back. Then she said if i did not want anything I would have to put it back myself because it is too much. I paid for the suits, because i needed something to wear for my new job the next day, otherwise i would have left everything and walked out. You should have seen their faces when they rang up all of my purchases; I had shoes and other items that totaled just over $1K. They looked at each other and in broken english she said to me "You see, you bought too much, its over $1000 dollars". I pulled out my bank card, typed in my pin, paid for my purchases and walked out of that store. I have yet to return to the store. They have some nerve! Clearly Ross does not care about the type of employees they hire nor about customer service. Great clothes for a great price, but there is too much competition out here for me to waste my time and $ on them so I continue to take my business elsewhere. I learned my lesson with them the first time around. Pathetic and horrible is a compliment, thats how bad they are.

The hispanic lady manager here in her 40s is rude unless youre spanish than shes all smiles & will speak in spanish to you. I saw a lady asking for % to be taken off on a white fur rug that had dirt marks from being ran over by a cart or something the manager refused to take anything off. Than a spanish lady had a dark color kids shirt that had a dust bunny on it get 15% off just for showing her the dust bunny. This manager is rude racist & unaware that other nationalities can understand spanish language. Once it was my turn at the register I mentioned it to the cashier & he nodded his head & confirmed the managers actions by stating Im a smart observant lady. If I could remember her name I would post it it. She makes this ross get a low review from me I love all the Ross & go from one to the other on my days off,I dont mind the cluter or long lines. But employees like her make this my least favorite Ross even though it has the best hours.

I always shop at this location but i was shocked by the manager who apparently was on the cash register to check me out with my item and the item i bought was large and i ask her to give me a large plastic bag since the small bag cant fit the item, she refused to give me a bigger plastic bag and i ended up returning the item and left the store.I believe her name is Maria to be honest she was the rudest person i ever meet. thank Rose for being mistreated by your Employee!

I went to Kingstowne Alexandria Virginia store, and experienced worst customer service Ive ever recieved in my life! I went to shop for my kids with my friend. I cant even explain what kind of discriminating behavior I experienced from not only security employee but also from Manager of the store... Im just letting you know you lost a very regular customers. It was one of my favorite store but not any more!

So the store itself I would only rate 3 stars. It lacks product and is disorganized. BUT they have an ALLSTAR on staff. Fahima! Fahima stands outside of the dressing rooms....she makes everyone happy with her kindness. She is genuine, helpful and professional! My whole family seeks her out just to say hello to her. We may not leave with a purchase but she makes sure we always leave with a smile!

Meh. Its not the nicest or cleanest. On a Saturday evening they had 3 registers open. Two of which were tied up with customers that had entire shopping carts full of merchandise. No one came to help the other cashier. Poor thing, it was almost as if she was the only one open! Finding things here takes much more patience than normal as the store isnt very organized. The finds are just ok..

This is a larger, stinkier, dirtier and even more disgusting of the TJ Maxx store, which is just up over the hill from here. Yeah, they have some good prices on stuff...but you have to literally PAW through all of the merchandise, which is frequently and typically laying on the floor or strewn across countertops. ICK.

Great deals at affordable prices. There were over 40 people in line waiting to check out. Totally unacceptable on a Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m. Only one person doing returns and customer service. Lisa, the customer service person, was incredible

They do have some good stuff to buy. But suck at customer service. There are long lines at customer service and only 2 cashiers are working and extremely slow. They really need to work on it. Took me half an hour to reach the register.

Who doesnt like to dress for less? I get all my clothes and shoes here. Make sure to check back every month when they get new inventory. I have picked up some $200 dress shoes here for 40 bucks!

I got my purse stolen there! the customer support (manager) lied to me when i asked them to check there security cameras " supposedly the cameras are fake." they later denied that statement!!!

I agree sevice could be better, but most of the cashiers are okay. I had a problem with one of the male workers and spoke with a manager about him. I havent seen him up front too often since.
