This place is a joke. Only one cashier during peak hours. The manager on cashier 3 (yes you) likes to take personal calls while at the register, slowing everything. Not to mention how rude the staff are and freaking nasty this place is. Broken glass on the floor, hangers, clothes, and hep B infested bathrooms! I would have had an easier and more pleasurable experience shopping in a dumpster. The dressing room looked like a place youd get serial killed in. Absolute worst Ross Ive ever been to and Ive shopped in some shady places. I was next in line and couldnt take it anymore so I left. I thought to myself "why am I willing to give this place any money." Save your souls and dont shop here.

El otro día hubo un accidente y dejaron a una señora sin darle nada de ayuda. Total negligencia había una cascara de banano y la señora se cayó .. PARECE CHISTE PERO LO ES. Nadie auxilió a la señora, se están tomando acciones legales. Son unos infelices, se está reclamando el video de las cámaras del lugar.

Absolutely horrible manager, I do not know her name, she is an african-american lady. I asked her to help me, she just made a gesture with her hand to wait. I came up to her in 20 mins and asked if someone else from staff can assist me. She said she is the only one and told me to wait again. She seemed pretty racist sice she helped only african-american customers. 1 hr passed and she never assisted me. Also the store is very dirty...poor service

The check out here is one of the worst locations of any store Ive ever been in. Line is always long, cashiers very slow, even during the week. Parking here isnt the most fun. The lot just isnt big enough for all the stores. Small childrens section for anyone over 5. The womens is rather large although not the place for dresses in small sizes nor anyone needing anything formal thats under 45/50.

I love Ross, they have great items for great prices but this location sucks. Theyre always super messy and theres always crazy long lines because the workers are just standing around "organizing" (gossiping amoungst themselves) instead of checking people out. You cant ask them anything either because theyre all rude as hell. Theres also no diversity amoungst the workers ..

I love going in to Ross Dress for Less! Its the perfect place to find gifts for anyone... including yourself! Every time I go in this place, they have a different jacket that I must buy! Aside from their cute clothes and gifts, you can also always find some type of funny gag gift. I have two little brothers, so many times I think of them while browsing through Therapy :)

Although you can find great items here, The cashiers take soooo long to ring your items which results to long lines and a lot of waiting. Its like theyre doing it on purpose. They have worst customer service: slow and no bedside manner. There are only one or two cashiers and the one of those two usually handles returns. I want to rate this store negative stars!

Great choice of clothes. I found a skirt that I struggled o find in Macys and all other stores. Prices are great too. Sizes are absolutely not ordered, but if you dont mind looking around for what you want, its an amazing place

Like all area Ross stores if dont get there at opening time, everything is picked over. I dont blame the workers for mess as they seemed overwhelmed with the amount of zoning that needs to be done in each department.

Very good deals! But the staff arent very helpful. Also, the store is always a mess. Clothes lying on the floor and no one cares to pick it up. Lines are also extremely long, up to a 45 minute wait.
