They dont honer coupons that they give you. The manager there seems like she hates her job. You get treated bad. They tried to give me three $25 gift cards because of the amount spent, I told them I dont need them since you never want to honer gift cards or coupons keep them for yourself. The lady that works there said thank you and put them right in her pocket. Zero customer service. Never tried to make me happy once. The guy that helped me pick my suits in the back was amazing. Honestly he should be the manager. All the customers there at the time were getting irritated and this nice guy was the only person with customer service and had real answers for the customers. On the other hand mean manager ran into her friend and went to the register to give her a discount. I work extremely hard for my money all I ask for is RESPECT as a human being. I promised the lady I dont like to leave negative reviews but because of the manager this review will be easy to leave. Oh by the way one of the employees at K&G told me that the manager does this all the time and gets away with it. Again I dont find my money on the floor, I work really hard. Oh Yeah! I told her I refer a lot of people to this store so why are you treating me so rude all she did is turn around walk away and attend to her friend.

Spent a good amount at this store in the past year. Selection on shirts is not that good and theyre scattered all over the place. What sets me off the most about this place is the surprise at the register because things are on the wrong shelves and the solution offered is "go get something else that is part of the sale" as if I would know! They do have some great deals just be careful.

Bought my first suit six years ago. Visited there to see any clothes for sale. Five years later I bought one suit and two free. During Christmas, I bought my first ascot scarf for a Christmas dinner. Best suits and reasonable sales.

Had a great suit sale back in November. Got 3 suits for just over $300 plus shirts, socks, etc. Then got $25 gift cards per each hundred spent. Well worth the trip!
