Came to QR looking for a new road bike. I have not shopped for or been on one in years so I have a lot to learn. Josh has taken his time with me and been so patient and helpful. He took the time to recommend a few bikes that fit my style and he didnt try to up-sell me into something I dont need. When I discuss bikes with Josh I feel like he cares about me being a customer for years instead of just trying to sell me a bike. Thanks Josh and keep up the excellent customer service!

This place is awesome! QR carries both road and mountain bikes and components. If he doesnt have it, he will order it and get it in ASAP. I had an old 80s road bike that had a bunch of weird components and Josh spent the time to find the right parts and make it work. Josh is really helpful and can answer all of your bike related questions.The labor cost is fair and he works quickly. I always feel welcome in the shop. High recommended!

Josh always takes great care of me and my bike! Whenever I bring my bike to him with a problem he tries very hard to fix it on the spot so I dont miss any riding time! He is very knowledgeable and always able to fix all of my biking issues!
