This is the bike shop for the experienced rider. These guys know their stuff. Their inventory is not large but they will order you anything and can get it to you cheaper than most internet web sites. They specialize in working on high end mountain bikes. You can also pay a cheap membership fee to use their tools and get discounts on parts if you like to fix your own bikes. They also have the best deal on I9 wheels and Fox forks around. If your sick of your local bike shop not answering your questions and just trying to sell you stuff, check these guys out.

Hands down the best bike shop in Rochester, if not western NY. The staff are not only extremely knowledgable, but highly approachable. Specifically, Jenna, Tryons Chief Mechanic, is always willing to provide in-depth, personal assistance and bring her vast professional experience to bear in aid of the customer. In addition,Tryons prices are excellent, and their Wrench Club is great value for the money. If youre a cyclist this should be your first stop, and if your a mountain biker, I dont know why you would go anywhere else.

Couldnt be more pleased, best customer service Ive ever dealt with. I bought a new 2013 Fox Fork on eBay from these guys and when they processed the order they realized they had already sold them all. They ended up giving me the same discount on the brand new 2014 model. Super helpful and awesome to deal with. Tough to find a high end parts dealer who sell brand new products at such a discount!

Extremely customer-focused, very friendly, and knowledgeable staff whose passion for riding is evident in every conversation I had with them. Thank you, Kevin (the service manager) for arriving at the shop two hours before open to meet me and get the jump on a three hour bike rebuild project. I will be back, even if it means driving the 90 minutes to their shop from my home in another city.

They were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I went in looking for a bike with basically no idea what I was looking for and they took the time to get to know what kind of bike I needed, and helped me pick out other gear like a helmet, repair kit, etc. They even helped me install a car mount, and showed me how to take off the tire. Very informative, and very friendly staff.

By far the best bike shot in town. While they specialize in mountain & cyclocross bikes, they do have a decent selections of roadies & hybrids available. Their wrench club program makes them unique and is an excellent value! They are super great to talk to about involved questions and are willing to price match online retailers. Couldnt be happer to have them as by LBS!

They are the only place in town that services shocks. Im not a fan of their bike selection (thus the 4). Saying that I shop there a lot mostly for MTB Accessories (parts, drive train, clothes, etc). They have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff and they beat all of the other shops on price usually.

These guys were awesome! I couldnt believe the level of service in helping figure out if the fox float i was buying would fit my Linskey. They even weighed a couple of the forks to get me exact weights etc... And for sure they had the best price I could find. Ill be back!

Super folks. I was replacing a stolen bike, I know nothing about bikes except how to ride them, and they were not condescending in the least! I had read in reviews that they were a "bike riders shop," but they were just as accommodating to we lesser folk. Highly recommend!
