Sold me ferrets without proper vaccinations. Was told they made the mistake because the ferrets or originally housed somewhere with little kids that supposedly they bit. So when they took him back I didnt get them taking care of. They assured me that all the animals went to the same vet and that that vet had their paperwork on file. It is true they only go to vet in the area however when we went in there to get our paperwork the vet said that he never had paperwork on any animal to give to anybody he also stated that he had never seen those two ferrets.

Every time my husband and I go to the Catoosa location we get helpful and pleasant service. Im so glad to have a Petco near us and even more so to have the employees always answering our many questions. A shout out to Tiffanie for catering to our many questions and having us sign up for the Petco card. We received savings right away and she was full a great tips.

Great Value

Staff is friendly but there are always kids running around acting like they work there. A little girl was taking care of the parakeets, she looked maybe 12 or 13. Then she took care of the conures and one of them got loose. Its not right for a workers child to be there and doing other peoples work like that.

Great store to pick up all my animals feed and supplies in a one-stop shop. They even stock saltwater stuff. Unfortunately, though, this particular store is a little hard to find online, as my normal voice searches for Petco dont always pull this Catoosa location into the search results.

Employees are friendly. Product selection is good. Prices are reasonable. Love the fact that they work with rescue groups to save the lives of shelter animals.

Good selection close to home but you will probably have a little bit of a wait in the checkout line. They usually one have one person working the front.
