Please be aware of FISH policy .. We have shopped for fish here for several years. This time around, the staff tested our tank water, and we were approved to buy fish the same day. We went home and within a few hours, the fish died. Tears from my young kids lasted most of the evening. Having had a similar experience in the past, I knew Petsmarts policy was to bring the (dead) fish back to receive a credit. While this is a bit gruesome, I understand the policy of proof. No doubt the transfer was a shock to their system, and I am partly to blame for this, but Petsmart has given us a second-chance credit in the past, and I appreciated it. I discretely brought the deceased fish to the store to receive a store credit and continue shopping for fish supplies. However, this time I was met with zero sympathy, and a denial of credit since I couldnt find my receipt. It wasnt conveniently in my possession, and I was not about to make another trip with kids in tow who were less-than-anxious to continue to discuss the dead fish, so I left. I will find an alternate fish source.

Id give zero stars if possible. An employee refused to sell me dumbo rats because she raised them from babies and Im from illinois. Ive been raising rats for 15 years.. Woman, raise your rats right and get the one with the uri out of the cage with the others.

The employees here are awesome! I have brought my pup in to get her nails trimmed and they did a great job and when we had a flea problem the employees really help me find a product that would get the job done but not burn a hole in my pocket

This store is actually located at FM 1488 & FM 2978 in Montgomery County. The number is correct but the location is the address and photo of the area feed store. I have always had positive experiences in this store.

Great selection for a small main stream storm. I get all my pet products here. I especially get my fish here. They have good prices and the fish live. Ive had a lot of bad luck at other places

It is just like any PetSmart. We have one of the dogs groomed there. They have nicked him before, but most of the time they are really good. Like being able to schedule grooming online.
