Went there first when it was down by TD Ameritrade - they had a Groupon for a grooming/haircut package. Now theyre up on Harney, still convenient for me and those who live in Midtown or Downtown Omaha. I have taken my dog there for grooming every time since, and always get good service. I typically call and setup an appointment as the groomer only works certain days - but Eryn always emails or calls me back within the day to get me setup. The prices are fair, my dog is about 50 lbs and a full service groom (bath, haircut, nails) is about $60. I havent found a better deal anywhere else....or at least anywhere that looks like a place Id feel safe leaving my dog. My dog is pretty timid when I leave him (duh, arent they all?), but when I pick him up he always seems to be comfortable around Eryn and the staff, so I have to use that as my gauge to know that they are good to him and other pets that come in. I have not purchased any products/food from them so I cant really review that stuff. But service is good, the store is clean, and the staff is nice and really quick to responding to emails/calls.

I have a cat with special dietary needs. Having looked and called all over town for a special type of food, I found Wag. On the phone, the lady was very helpful, indicating that they had what I was looking for. She could also order products that might not be in stock, and would pull several different brands for me to try. Anticipating a good experience at finding a quality pet store, I followed up the next day, driving almost 40 minutes across town. I was not prepared for the complete lack of service. The young lady seemed distracted. She vaguely remembered the conversation and had not set any items aside. She was not even sure they had anything I could use. After half heartedly pointing at a couple of brands on the shelf that I could have easily purchased from a half dozen other closer places in town, she left me to research on my own. To make my trip not a total waste of time, I made a purchase. She may have been having a bad day. However, as a small business owner, I can say that if I took money from clients with an attitude like hers, I would be out of business in six months.

Extremely pleased with this business! Took our dog Molli in to be groomed, as we couldnt get her in anywhere else on such short notice. The woman who answered the phone (extremely pleasant but her name escapes me, maybe someone can give her a shoutout!) worked hard to fit us in on such short notice. This was our first clue that this place cares about their clients. The decor is adorable, and the staff is kind and knowledgeable. Eryn, the owner, gave me lots of training and dietary tips while I shopped around and waited for my dog to be finished grooming. Its clear that the people that work here love animals! Tara, the groomer, did the most exceptional job grooming our little girl that we will not being going anywhere else in town. And to top it all off, they work with local animal shelters as big advocates for rescuing. Who can beat that? Whether its doggie daycare, great advice, or a fresh cut, I am CERTAIN there is something here for you. Lets support this local place -- I know we wont be taking our dogs anywhere else. Thanks, Wag!

Timing was awful. Initially I was given a one hour waiting period, I drop my puppy off, I am told there will be a two hour waiting period....two hours go by, I am told an additional thirty minutes is needed. Never again! Wag has lost another customer. To end, there was only one dog in front of us, and I was a scheduled appointment. Great business!

We were thrilled with our first time results at Wag. The customer service was excellent, and our puppy seemed happy going in AND saying goodbye to the staff. Josh was very detail oriented and did a marvelous job. The price was right and it was clear to us that she was treated very well.

Ive been going to wag for years and they always have a friendly staff. Whenever I bring my dog in for a nail clipping they get him in right away, its so convenient and fast.
