I am truly disappointed with this location. A friend of mine had to return a plush toy with rubber part purchased from this store because the rubber piece fell off within 24 hours. My friend washed the toy before returning it because it had drool on it. Much to our disgust, this toy was restocked on their shelf at full price!!! They had stapled the product label back on but you could tell the plush was different (washed) from the other toys. This toy cost $4.99 - could they not just throw it in the trash and call it a loss? Wow. If that werent bad enough, we started noticing more products that looked used and re-stocked. I even found a kennel mat that had a stain on it. Some of their Kong toys looked like they had laid out in the sun for 2 weeks and were extremely discolored. Apparently management is too cheap to accept a loss on products that were used by customers whether they were faulty or simply not what the customer had in mind. Ultimately, if they are going to accept returns, they need to accept that some merchandise cannot be re-shelved and listed for the full price. Not only is the unaware customer being ripped off, but its kinda disgusting. I wont be purchasing anything from this location again.

I have been bringing my emotional support animal here to get groomed for well over a year now. The lady who always took care of my dog left due to not enjoying how she was treated as a 4 year employee of this location. I decided to go ahead and let some one new groom my baby, and I told them what I wanted, and I truly believe that she purposely ruined my dogs hair cut out of spite against my normal groomer. There is no explanation for how she could have misunderstood or mis judged a half inch for the amount of hair she took off of my dog. We got the manager involved and she showed no respect as she refunded our money. I have always loved petsmart over petco, but now I am wondering why Id even trust a huge company to take care of my beloved pet. They dont care about the customers, or the pets the customers have left in their care. I am not only disapointed in the company, but with the judgement people have in the work place. I will say picking up my dog looking like this is one of the most embarrassing moments in my life. So not trust your pets with these people. You will regret it

Very disappointed. I always take my dog to petsmart to be groomed and I took her to this location and I will not take her to another again. She was there to get a bath with the usual package of ear cleaning,nails trimmed, gland expressed. First it took over 3.5 hrs then when I pick her up her nails were not trimmed at all and her ears were still dirty and she smelled like she had never gotten a bath.

The lady selling the rats, mice and hamsters has lied to my girlfriend and I twice now in a span of 2 weeks about the availability of the fancy mice. I dont see why she has to lie, but she is obviously very lazy. We went to Petco down the road to get some fancy mice for a couple dollars cheaper. Definitely wont be coming here any more.

Love this store. They always have what Im looking for and if not they dont stop until they find it for me. Anytime their out of a product they will call store to store and find what ever it is and have them hold it until you get there to pick it up. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly. My dog loves going there too.

We went just for dog food and treats because I like their treat selection...They had two organizations there with adoptable pets...Mostly adorable puppies...All were so well cared for and hopefully most got adopted...The store employees checked on the puppies and helped the organizations where they could...Great store!

We use the groomers here and they are great. Never a bad experience here, they listen to exactly what you want and will offer positive suggestions if they feel a change needs to be made. Competitive prices and wide variety on just about anything your pets may need.

Grooming was good, but toys, food and supplies are pricey. I have a Pet Smart card that saves me nothing. I get plenty of daily annoying e-mails that sound awesome, but amount to nothing but electronic clutter.
