Outside of decent water pressure i would give a zero star review. We use self wash once a month for our dog. Our normal place was busy and the pups needed a bath. Normally takes about an hour. We were in and out in 20 minutes due to being so frustrated... Staff took over 10 minutes to greet us, we werent given near enough soap to get him clean, the dryer did nothing to get him dry, we were given 1 tattered towel... The list goes on and on. Plus it cost more than our normal spot! Who wants to pay more for poor service and less amenities!? We ended up having to put a wet dog in the car and will definitely not be returning.

Reggie blew me away from the first moment I interacted with her! Ive got an APBT who hates her feet being touched. The relationship Reggie has created with my pittie has been amazing. The first time we came to the store, my pup was terrified, but now Ill say, "want to go visit Reggie?" and shell eagerly go sit by her leash! They carry a fantastic variety of high quality foods at beyond reasonable prices, and are always super knowledgeable when I have crazy dog mom questions. I would trust Reggie and her staff by my pup any day of the week and would heartily recommend them to any person with a pooch!

Reggie is the epitome of great customer service. She knows her products and is quick to rectify any issue one might have. I bought a large bag of dog food that ended up upsetting my dogs system, if not potentially damaging it with continued use. Reggie replaced it with a great recommendation, no questions asked, and also gave me a free bag of another brand to try. Thats how you take care of your customers and ensure continued business. Im sold on That Dog Wash, you should be, too! Thanks again, Reggie, you rock!!!

Love this place!! My dog had a bad experience at one of the chain store groomers (nail trim). We brought her in and Reggie was so patient and worked hard to give my dog a great experience. Came back two weeks later and already you could see the difference in how my reacted to her nail trim. I highly recommend That dog wash! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, too. Just great all around experiences. Thank you Reggie for making the nail trim experience less traumatizing for my fur baby and for me!! Wont go anywhere else!

That Dog Wash and Regi are AMAZING! I volunteer with a dog rescue and she allows us to have events at her place with our pups! Not only that, but the food, treats, and toys they offer are high quality and great options for dogs of all ages! I am so thankful to have found That Dog Wash and plan on using it all the time! Oh, and their shampoo is coconut based, so while it doesnt "bubble up", it is safe for the dogs and smells AMAZING! Thanks for all you do!!

This is buddy my dog and although he hates bathtime. Mom loves this place because they offer organic hypoallergenic soap and I get to bath him without the mess! They have facial cleanser. They have ear cleaner. They also have mouthwash. And of course at the end of their dreadful bath why not spoil them with treats. They offer so many kinds. They also sell leashes and collars and harnesses.

I am beyond pleased with my experience. I am 7 months pregnant with an anxiety ridden german shepherd who was in desperate need of a bath. The wonderful staff (her name escapes me) went above and beyond what was expected. Wow. Such a lovely place and you can tell they really care and are just truly good people. I highly recommend them.

I have bathed my great dane at Soggy Paws three time and each experience has been fantastic. Their shampoos and gentle on her skin, smell wonderful, and result in a fluffy, squeaky clean dane. I very much recommend Soggy Paws and will continue to use their services.

Great people, prices and products. Our dog loves the duck feet! Staff is very knowledgable on breeds, nutrition and behavior. Self wash is affordable and in a big open area so you dont fell crowded. Great place :)

i can never get anyone to answer the phone so i can make a app for my dog i call and i get a message saying they are closed i call at noon 2pm 3pm 5pm and still get the same thing..
