I called ahead of time to set an appointment for grooming. I was told I wouldnt need an appointment so I drove 30 minutes out of my way to take my baby there. When I got there, I was told that I would need all the paperwork from when I bought him and all his shot records. I wasnt told anything about any paperwork over the phone even though I expressed that it had been 3 years since my last visit to them. The groomers were so unfriendly, i will never shop at petco again. Terrible service and the manager wasnt any help either. Also, the website states that I can get grooming services by walk-in or appointment but when I gkt to the store, I was told I would have to have an appointment gfor service.

I have always had a great experience coming here for treats and food for my Frenchie. Came today to get her groomed and was greeted by Arianna who took great care of Lola! Arianna seemed like she really loves what she does and loves the pets that come there. Lola smelled great and looked refreshed and how they get the dogs to stay still to paint their nails is beyond me. She also gave me a 25% coupon for the visit. Thank you for such a great experience for my spoiled pup!

Called to get my pet a wash and when I arrived the attendant said my dog was too old, hes 14, they dont wash dogs older than 12. They have my pet records since 2007. About a month ago they took it all-right and said nothing about his age. I understand their rules, no matter how ridiculous they seem to me, what I dont understand is taking in the dog a month ago and now setting the appointment and making me drive just to reject me at the very door. That sucks.

Weve been told this is the flagship store in the area, and its easy to see why. All the pet food you expect at Petco is there, displayed under daylight lighting, on pergo wood-like laminate, arranged at the back. The middle is full of all the leashes a toys a person or pet needs. Dogs and cats have it made here! Fish and small animals have good selections, too.

I have FOUR fur puppies (my kids) and a betta fish. Im constantly in Petco for needed supplies. The staff is helpful, and if an item doesnt work for you, they are very good at giving returns. I have also groomed my two pekingese, when my regular groomer wasnt available. They did an excellent dog, and my babies seemed happy!

I had a less than favorable experience at this location.. Several staff members avoided or ignored me until other customers formed a line behind me, almost as if I wasnt worth the effort. The selection of products is impressive, but I felt the customer service to be sub-par. One star!

My shopping at Petco is almost always very good! People there are usually helpful and nice! I appreciate knowing my pets are in good hands when I take them for grooming with Lori! She always does a great job and I appreciate her so much!

We love them, you can find almost anything you need. A little on the high price but we love their selection and going to see the pets up for adoption. Everyone who works here is very friendly and try to be as knowledgeable as possible.

Idk what the bad reviews are for, Ive never used the groomer but the store it self is great. I get supplies for my menagerie here on a regular basis. Staff is friendly and the selection is more than adequate.

Petco definitely has the cutest toys for dogs compared to other stores. They have new collections every month or so and they are so cute! And all different sizes for small and large dogs!
