I never post online reviews, but this place is AWFUL! Gave this place a 2nd chance after a bad experience and this time was worse. We walked into a madhouse with at least 10 dogs crammed in a little room. Our groomer was rude and informed us she would most likely shave our dog because off some leg matting due to her wearing diapers two weeks while in heat. After 5 hours I called to check on my dog and the groomer said she had finished an hour ago and had called me already. I had not received any call. This had happened the previous time as well and I questioned the number she had, since I had made sure it was corrected before the appointment. She was hesitant to look up the number and said it was probably my husbands number. I insisted she repeat the number back and it turns out it was totally wrong. My dog came back with a horribly unblended buzz cut and they did not follow any instructions we gave. This is the second time they cut off all of our Shih Tzus hair on top instead of putting in a bow as other groomers have successfully done in the past. The groomer acknowledged the cut looked bad when my husband picked her up but still charges $72! On top of that there were clumps of cut hair mixed into her ears when we got home. I have gotten way better cuts at other groomers with more services that were way less expensive. Our poor dog looks ridiculous. Avoid this location.

Never had any problems before but on the evening of 08/12/17 my mother was verbally attacked by the manager (dont know her name). She was followed through the store by associates while shopping and when she went to check out the manager excused the cashier and began accusing my mother of (get this) trying to redeem a coupon that wasnt hers (free small bag of food). She repeatedly asked where the coupon came from. My mother said she didnt know since it was given to her (it popped up in my Google news feed and I printed it for her). The manager didnt believe her and said youre not supposed to have this. She wouldnt let It go and kept badgering her for details. She treated my mother like she had stolen the coupon some how. And this wasnt a uniquely coded or user specific coupon, rather it was the type they send out in emails. It would have been fine to cancel the coupon and admit fault for publicly releasing a coupon that was supposed to be targeted (single use) but to place that blame on the customer is unacceptable.

HORRIBLE GROOMING!!!!! I took my dogs for a grooming here. The first time I took them one of my dogs came back with a big scratch behind her ear, the second time they messed up the other ones haircut, irritating but not unforgivable, this last time took the cake. I dropped them off at 4pm, they said it would take 3-4 hours. 7pm comes around and no call. 8 comes around and still no call from them. I started to head up there because I was worried something bad had happened to them. I get a call on the way there and they said "our last pickup time is in 15 minutes" So I responded "does that mean theyre ready??" Turns out my dogs had been ready for TWO HOURS!!!!! I had not received a call from them until 15 mins till closing. They said that they "Did call and left a messages" yet the only one I actually received was TWO HOURS later! Ive had it. Im never going back Ive given them enough chances. This place is absolutely horrible!

Avoid this place like the plague when it comes to grooming. Terrible experience. Got charged $15 for nail trimming and then I had to buy the caps for my cats nails for $19... then they charged $240 an hour for labor time to put them on. No joke. The girl asked the manager if they should charge me since I bought the caps, and she said yes, and when asked how long it would take, the girl said 5 minutes, the manager said to charge $20. All said and done, it cost $55 for a nail trimming and caps for my cats claws... Petsmart a website says $25 for all of that. Not to mention a terrible attitude from the grooming department when I walked in... They were rude and told me they dont do cats and they only have one cat person there on weekends as if I had been there many times before... Never going back.

I know working in retail isnt a dream job so when employees are not the nicest I can understand. To an extent though, I have had to wait for service a few times at the reptile counter. Most of the time the person who shows up is friendly enough, but one time a young man was extremely rude when I asked for help. He was obviously irritated and threw the crickets into the bag and shoved it at me with a scowl. Maybe PetSmart should pay their employees a bit better and they may try a bit harder. Other than that the location is clean and has what I need. Good parking lot and location.

I made a call to book a dog grooming appointment today. As I was on the call the lady that answered the phone asked everyone if they wanted another dog for today. Everyone that she asked told her they did not want another dog. However if you go online to book an appointment it shows they have openings for today. Very disappointed in the customer service. If they had openings for today they shouldnt have the choice of accepting another dog or not. I was tempted to go back online and book it for today, but Id rather spend my money elsewhere. -Casey

I do not work at Petsmart. I dont know anyone who does. Ive always gotten good service there. I have observed patient, professional service, even when customers were very rude. When I saw a customer review that said "the customer is always right", I had to say something. Sometimes the customer is a very rude person who doesnt respect store employees. Retail employees are people, too, and deserve the same respect as anyone else.

We love this location; Our baby has stayed there many times when we have to travel; They take good care of him. He has come home with a sore tummy a few times, but that may be due to his nervousness. We love the staff and he loves them.
