The woman with real short hair checking me out made a terrible comment saying that the bag of Science Diet I was buying for my dog was a terrible brand of dog food and most people believe that it is good just because vets sell it in their clinics. She continued to say that vets are a problem and like to give owners the wrong information...trying to convince me to buy a super expensive bag of dog food so my dog can eat like a king. I work at a vet clinic so I know that Science Diet is a good brand with years of scientific research studies and is just fine to feed a dog. So not only was I made to feel bad as an owner for "buying mediocre dog food" but also made to feel bad for working in a vet clinic. She thinks she is all knowing, but she didnt spend 8 years of higher education and research like a veterinarian. I understand if someone wants to buy a different brand if their dog has specific needs or allergies, but my dog does not and he looks great and is super healthy on this brand. They shouldnt be downing the food Im buying as I am literally checking out in line. That is just rude and unprofessional.

The ladies that were working over the weekend were wonderful and helpful, and the place itself was great. However, when we came back with our dog, it was uncomfortable and the guys (especially Dillon) were not helpful or nice. Dillon acted like having customers was an inconvenience and forget trying to be polite with conversation. It was met with a roll of the eyes.

This location is small and doesnt have offer as large of a selection as a larger store. It makes a great store as a local neighborhood store for those quick small items you may need.
