I went there about 20 minutes ago to get my dogs vaccinations. Last year I had a wonderful experience. This year, the vet was a complete ass. His name was Dr Jones. If you choose to do the low cost vaccination clinic, call ahead and make sure he is not the one administrating the vaccinations. I asked him a basic question, how long do I have to wait to take my dog to the groomers after getting the rabies vaccine? He acted like me asking questions wasnt a part of the process and barely gave me an answer. I still dont know the answer. As he held my dog, of course my dog resisted to the stranger, he repeatedly said "your mom told us to do this to you". I understand my dog doesnt know what he is saying but I obviously understand the rudeness and inconsideration there as for I was nervous taking him in to get shots in the first place. I did not go into detail, but I told the cashier, Kaitlyn (as listed on receipt) that I did not like him and she agreed that he was blunt. That allows me to think that they have had other complaints at on this Dr Jones and I hope they choose to do something about it.

Worst customer service and treatment Ive ever received from any store. I was escorted out of their sloppy store bc when something says "Sample " instead of "tester" it makes you assume you can take a "sample " . I explained what happened that it was a mistake and gave them back and this OBESE MORON apparently felt I was such a threat for taking 4 tiny roll on scent "samples" of "Lamp Berger" that he needed to escort me and try to embarrass me on purpose bc he was so convinced his ignorant ass was right. HERES A TIP SOUTHERN RAGACULTURE, if its meant for customers to take its a SAMPLE. IF THEY ARENT MEANT TO TAKE U MAKE A SIGN THAT SAYS "TESTERS" FOR IN STORE USE ONLY.

I have 3 dogs, and it can get pricey going to your average vet clinic for routine vaccinations. I take my dogs to Southern Agriculture for their weekly vaccination clinics, mainly because the price is right. I am not always happy with the way my dogs are handled -- I feel the Dr. should give you a chance to secure them, rather than sticking them almost as soon as they walk in the door -- but no real complications yet, and I figure you get what you pay for. I just know to be faster on the draw when I go there. Oh yes, and their store is awesome. The selection and quality are greater than other local chains, particularly when it comes to dog food.

Took our three kittens to be neutered and while the other two are fine. One came home throwing up blood and pooping blood. Rushed him to the vet and said he had a cut in his throat from the tube they placed down his throat during the process of neutering him. We were already upset with the terrible service the vet gave us and treated us like idiots for asking simple questions about after care. On top of that they never called us to come get them. Who knows how long they waited. The store is nice and a great place to get supplies. But stay AWAY from the clinic at all costs!

I dont know who the hell they have working here. My older mother took my dog in for his shots and nails trimmed and I get home and her telling me they clipped his nails a little short and he bled. Ive done it before and its an honest mistake. But the nail is damn near the paw. And livid is an understatement. So I called the manager and all I was awarded with was "uh let me transfer you to corporate." By the way they didnt pick up. So come Monday morning bright and early they are going to see my shining face waiting for them to unlock the door.

This store is gigantic! Its a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. They carry supplies for all sorts of pets, big and small, and they have a fairly large selection for just about every kind of pet. This store in particular has the largest selection of bird toys, bird food and cages in the Tulsa area. Prices are nearly as cheap as they are on amazon so I dont have to feel bad about buying local! The staff are remarkably friendly and helpful as well.

They have everything under the sun for your pet at this location. The reason that they only get 4 stars is because it just seems like theres so much stuff there its a bit cluttered and if you dont know what youre looking for and cant find a friendly employee it can be a bit rough. Ive never had to wait long though to be checked out and everybody that works there seems to be relatively friendly and greet you at the door.

Went in to buy cleaning solution for our carpets, and I wasnt sure if what I was looking for would actually work. But an employee named Chris helped me out and educated me on what would be best and reasonably priced, etc. Which in turn saved a lot of time rather than figuring it out myself and potentially getting the wrong thing. My experience was very great! Knowledgeable employees are always greatfully appreciated!!!

Prices are high and it took us an hour of arguing with the "manager" and talking with the manager of another branch to get them to go look in their own warehouse for some pet food that we had confirmed to be set aside for us. Not sure about Southern Agriculture in general, but we were very disappointed with this location.

Overall theyre great but their low cost vaccination clinic is a mess. Stood in line for over 45 minutes and had to endure the incessant crying/whining of the dog in front of me. In total it was $48, I should have gone to my awesome vet, Jacox, and only spent $12 more. Would have been worth it for my sanity.

Great store! Its large and has tons of pet supplies, as well as merchandise and gifts for animal lovers of all kinds. This was the first store Ive ever seen merchandise for exotic birds like ostriches! They have birds to buy like conures, budgies, cockatiels, and finches.

I like to go in Southern Agriculture. They have a lot of pet supplies to look over. The sales people are friendly and helpful. They have a vacination clinic day and you can get the pets shots for a good price.

The vet clinic is top notch. The staff really seem to care about customers and pets here. My cats give this place two stars each (for a cumulative 4 stars) after coming home grumpy and missing parts.

Great service! We take our dog and cat in for regular shots! The doc even took the time to clip an over grown dew claw of our dogs that the groomer missed!!! Very polite staff! The Calico Family~

There is a vet in house. He looked at our Papillon who has frequent itching and wheezes occasionally. He made suggestions for relief/Rx. No charge for diagnosis! Very friendly and helpful staff.

My go to place for exotic fish and supplies. This store has everything you could need for any kind of pet or farm animal. And theyre live animals always look healthy and well cared for.
