At first glance, this place DOES seem to be a little on the "shady" side. However, I can assure you, that is far from reality. After scouring the internet for several days looking to find a Honda Odyssey mini-van, I was able to locate one on their lot. I was able to schedule an appointment to test drive the van on a Sunday afternoon (only time I was available). The owner was there when I arrived, and allowed me to take the van for a test drive. He told to drive the car as much as I needed to in order to get a good feel for it. After very seriously examining the car interior, exterior and under the hood, I decided it was time to make an offer. The mini van was in fantastic snap, very well cleaned, and detailed to absolute perfection. Very low miles for the price Best Import Auto Sales was asking. The owner was able to work with my situation (waiting for insurance check from totaled vehicle). I placed a deposit on the car, and drove off in it that day. His staff was wonderful to work with and made sure that I felt very comfortable… there was NO pressure. I can NOT stand being pressed into something. The owner and his staff were as laid back and relaxed as they come, making it clear, they truly did have an interest in connecting me with the right vehicle. Two days later, I dropped off the cashiers check for the full balance, and again the staff was insistent in hearing all about the car and how it was driving for me. They let me know that if I need any service in the future, they are there to help, even when I am traveling. You really owe it to yourself to check out this car lot. They had a wide range of vans, cars, trucks, SUVs etc and cars for sell at all different price points. My Odyssey is in GREAT condition! Heated leather seats, sunroof, rear entertainment center, low milage, etc. I am really happy with my decision to visit their location and take the van for a test drive. Go visit these guys, you will be thrilled that you did, I promise! Ive purchased quite a few used cars over the past twenty years, with my experiences with the process ranging from OK to pretty good - that is, until my recent purchase of a car from Best Import Auto Sales in Raleigh, NC. Simply put, every aspect of the process was exceptional. The listing was accurate, with many excellent high resolution photographs covering all aspects of the car. The car was represented accurately, with many details provided in the listing. From my initial call to my drive off the lot, every interaction with Mohammad (one of the owners) and his staff was exceedingly pleasant, respectful, and courteous. Most important for me however was the lengths to which Mohammad went to ensure that the car was perfect before I left. I had driven six hours from Georgia to purchase the car, and when an issue arose during my test drive, Mohammad provided the level of service and attention to detail that is rarely seen in todays marketplace. It was perfectly clear that my satisfaction was the most important part of the sale. I traveled about 3 hours to look at a vehicle for sale at this car lot. When I arrived the vehicle was actually in the work shop area up on a floor jack. Prior to my arrival Mohammed had found a tire he wasnt happy with and had left to purchase a replacement. While the car was up I decided to crawl under it and have a look for anything wrong. After getting under the vehicle I was asked to come out from under it. I assumed this was because they didnt want me looking too hard. No, to my surprise, they wanted to put a jack stand under it and provided my with a mechanics floor dolly to roll around with. After everything was done I bought the vehicle and drove it home that night, 3 hour drive. On the way home I noticed a shudder in the transmission I wasnt comfortable with. I contacted Mohammed and we discussed possible resolutions. He was man enough, and kind enough, even though the vehicle was purchased as is, he actually stepped up and purchased a transmission and had it shipped to my choice of shops to be installed. Cant say enough about this guy. Real stand up kind of guy. Would definitely buy from this dealer again.

Right after I drove off the lot with my purchase, the engine light came on. After taking it to my mechanic, I was told it needed a catilitic converter. When I told Mohammad, and requested that he fix it or Id have to return the vehicle, he reset the warning light and said he would take care of it if that was in fact the problem. A few weeks later (after Christmas/New Years) I brought the car back with the warning light on and he said the van was perfect when I bought it and that there was nothing he could do! SHADY!!! Finally, if you buy from these guys, make sure you have them mail your plates to your house. I thought he would call me when they came in...it has been over a month and he said hes call me as soon as they came in, sure enough, I called AGAIN today and the plates are sitting there. My temp plates expired 10 days ago...thank goodness I havent gotten pulled over!!! So annoying and unprofessional.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS AT 1501 Buck Jones Rd!! I purchased a car from them and paid cash, the next day the muffler fell off. They took it to there muffler place and I had to pay $250 and they paid the rest. The very next day while driving on interstate 40 the car shut off completely without warning. Best import changed 1 of 4 sensors and said it was fixed. Next day, the car shut off completely and would not start. Best import said oh we should have changed all 4 sensors, so they did. The car still shut off completely again while driving with my family in the car!!! We could have been killed with this lemon of a car they sold me! 4 times this car has completely shut off while I was driving it without any warning!! I dont trust this car and I dont trust Matt or anyone at Best Import Motors, Inc!!! They sold me this car that has broken down 5 times!!!! I want a refund!!!

Loved every second buying my first car from here. Mohammed treated me like family when it came to picking out what car I wanted and made sure I was happy with my choice. Never did I feel like I was being forced to buy any car. I work in sales so I know the drill when it comes to hard selling like many other car dealerships do, so i loved the fact I never felt forced to make any decision. I got the car I wanted in great condition and at a great price. Definitely recommending this place to my friends and family because of the pleasant experience I got while I was here. I am not normally the type of person to post reviews online but for this place I had to, they took the hassle and stress and made buying a car super easy.
