If I could give this place place 0 stars I would but I cant.. But let me get to the point why I gave this place 1 star... I got a 2011 Nissan Altima SR with fair miles on it from them back in May of 2015. When I went there I told them specifically that I wanted an suv which the sales manager was at first trying to get me into one I saw on their online site but as soon as the suv pulled up for me to test drive two married couple looked over and saw it and immediately they had them take it for a test drive right in front of my face... Just wow! They saw the madness on my face when they ended up buying it.. I should had left from there but me needing a car for work, I stayed around. So we looked at other cars on their site.. I found it weird that he was searching for vehicles that he thought I would like/love instead of me searching around the lot or looking online but I just went with the flow since I was hot and tired and just about to give up on car searching so as I was ready to leave and give up he came to me about a car he knows Ill like..I waited and he pulled up with the Nissan. I was in love with it from the looks of it, it was clean, nice and decent! No dings, no nothing and it had a push start button so of course me being 20 and young at the time it made me so happy. I took it for a test drive and everything was great!!! But that bull only lasted for 3 months then everything went down hill from there. Engine lights started showing up, I drove to the city and my car was shaking badly.. So I called for service and their lady that works in the office was so rude and acted in a way a business person shouldnt when I told her my car almost hit kids on their way home from school and I need it fix immediately! my wheel bearing is so bad...even the manager shook me off and wouldnt talk when I wanted to make a complaint about his inconsiderate worker and my car...such disrespect! Took it there after a bad argument and they fixed that problem but tried blaming me that I possibly changed the tires when it was the same tires when I left the lot. Now 2 weeks ago my car started stalling bad in Batavia and almost hit a car. The car was starting and shutting off, shaking again so I called because my loan company told me to do so and when I called the girl (probably the same rude lady from before) stated in an attitude we can only get you in for service in 2weeks when I told her this is a serious situation that needs fixing and she said wells either 2 weeks or we cant do anything for you at this time. Such bull when all I was trying to do is get my car fixed before I die or my car ends up killing someone or dying itself... They even took my moms registrations for her suv when she was trying to trade her 2011 Kia Sorento.. They wanted it so bad that they lied she never handed it to the sales manager when I was right there watching everything... This company even frauded me out of a lot of money the car wasnt even worth.. I shouldve known that that guy was a fraud then as he is now. Everybody I know has the same problem with their car and being frauded out of money from them. Im in the process with another company to get rid of this piece of car for a newer one. After purchasing theyll give you a paper to do to rate how well they did.. Ha if I knew what hell theyd put me through, I wouldnt had stated anything good about their company. It is crazy CHEAP cars for a reason... Please save your time!!

Absolutely terrible experience.....crooks, scum and thieves...stay away.... Went to the dealership last Friday to look at a car. We took it for test drive and brought it back to the dealer. Salesman says we need to talk to someone else (?) to finish the deal. This "manager" came over and proceeded to add unwanted items to the car bringing this $4900 car to $6600 out-the-door. We were told the starting price was non-negotiable being the "lowest in the area". But then the adders....glass etching (theft deterrence), rustproofing and $90 gasoline charge that (he says) would allow "at least 1/2 to 3/4 tank upon delivery" (!)....amongst other charges, that we had to fight to get rid of. Are you kidding me?....the gasoline charge alone would make for $9/gallon for this cars small tank !! A Hellish experience. FINALLY....got most-all of these "extra" things removed ! Gave him a debit card deposit to "hold" the car...saying well be back early next week (hopefully Monday) with the remaining cash from our bank. He had NO PROBLEM with that (verbally). Then this.....Got a call the following Monday morning from another manager there... just as I was prepared to go and get the car. He is saying the car was sold to someone else on Saturday over the weekend after we bought the car on Friday !!. No mention of "Im sorry".....or "it was a mistake"...nothing....EXCEPT...he repeated over-and-over that if I dont finish the deal within 48 hours, the deal is off and the car is free to be resold....I should have known that because ( he says ) I was warned about that...and that it was on my deposit receipt. I argued to say that on the Friday we bought the car....we said that we said wed be back Monday with the rest of the cash, and they had no problem with that, at that time. Now...hes repeating what he said...telling me that I should have read the 48 hr rule that was written on my deposit receipt..... and that I was TOLD about the 48 hr rule too on Friday ( I was NEVER told about it). Basically "too bad". Regardless.... they sold it within 24 hours of the sale anyway !!,..... let alone 48 hours !!! Breaking their own rules !!! Im sure they obviously got a sucker buyer on Saturday to pay for all the "extras"..and purposely voided our deal because of that. Still fighting to get my deposit back.....even though EVERY DAY since Monday,....they say they processed a refund on my card. Thank God the card-bank people can make good......the car dealer did not make good and KEPT THE DEPOSIT..... RUN...DONT WALK...away from these bunch of crooks, thieves and liars.,

This is my entire car buying experience at Crazy Cheap Cars from the beginning. I arrived at the lot and Kevin Jones approached me immediately. He was very nice and personable, though did have heavy smokers breath. He was very helpful and a little too pushy, but overall he was a good salesman. I test drove probably 6 cars, and found a pretty well priced Ford Focus. This dealership will not give you a trade in price for your vehicle until you have the purchase papers in front of you. Also, they will offer you an insulting low trade in price because, as it was explained to me, because they sell there cars so cheap, which makes no sense to me. After I choose the car, Kevins, along with the managers, attitude totally turned from being helpful and friendly. The bottom line price for the car was not clear until I was signing the papers. Some hidden fees this dealership adds without asking/telling you about is a $169.00 delivery preparation and materials fee. The car I choose was right in the lot and as far as preperation and materials I do not know where this came from. The car was said to be cleaned, but there still was a lot of dog hair in the seats from the previous owner. And every window had streaks, hazing, and smears. I just expected a better detail job. The second fee I was given was for a VIN Etching Package for $499.00. This is something that can be done for well less than $100.00 anywhere else (and for about $20 to do it for yourself!). I asked about this fee and it was explained to me like this, "We add this fee to make up for some of the cost of selling our vehicles so cheap" and "You get an 8% discount of your auto insurance". The 8% discount does not make up for the cost of this Package. I would suggest that you challenge this and get this fee waived. Overall, this is definitely a second class dealership. The cars offered here are cheaper than what one would pay anywhere else, but theres a chance that the cars sold here are second class as well.
