Chalk up another 5 star review for West Herr! After a horrible experience at another dealership (River Front Auto Sales,) we were on our way to a dealership in Williamsville to look at a Toyota Sienna to replace our Odyssey. We came to the red light across from their dealership where we saw a Ford Flex sitting in the lot. I say to my wife "Have you ever looked at a Ford Flex before?" She says "No, but we may as well, our lane is ending." So we pulled in just to see what kind of room was in it. Before I knew it, someone was out there with the keys, and letting us take it for a spin. We absolutely loved it! Not happy with the mileage on that specific vehicle, they immediately drove down the road to grab a lower mileaged Flex with more options, which we then tried. We then forgot completely about the Sienna and knew that this is what we wanted to strive to get. They crunched some numbers, and was even able to beat our banks interest rate by 1%. When we found the payment to be just a bit higher than we wanted, they tried anything they could try see what they could do to get it within our budget. They told us to they would fill the tank and to take the Flex for two days to see how it fit our family while they tried to see what they could do for us. Two days later they have a deal that worked for us, and tonight we are going back to bring home our new (to us)Flex! Thank you Roy and Kristina! You guys worked hard to get us into the vehicle we wanted and didnt play games with us! So glad we detoured onto your lot, and you will see us again when we need our next car!

Did not walk out of west herr like I had hoped forr I have always gone to west herr including my family for all of my purchases on used vehicles I hope anyone reading this comment takes this comment into consideration i had to jump through hoops I went to this location several times with no luck did not seem like my business was appreciated I got my car appraised they told me 3500 then I go back and they tell me 1500 they tell me I was not approved so then the story changed they would give me 3000 for my car my car was over looked they said haha what a joke they will suck u for every penny you have after dealing with this location several times I dont think I will ever buy a vehicle from this location running around every other day to this place with no luck exstreamly inconvieniant when you own a business as well as work a full time job I did not like how I had to get the manager involved exstreamly disappointed

I was VERY disappointed in West Herr - my experience just reinforced my distrust of car salesmen and the whole process of buying a car from a dealership. Took a 2004 Grand Prix for an overnight test drive so my mechanic could look the car over. Was told DEFINATELY do not purchase the car - and that it was in unsafe condition to drive as is. The front tires were cracked and dry rotted, the brakes were not legal and the underside (under the plastic running board) was totally rusted. The outside and the engine looked clean and shiny though. BEWARE!!!!!! Im actually very upset that I was allowed to drive a car off the lot that was UNSAFE. Shame on you! Very lucky that nothing happened. I believe in a WIN - WIN deal; not a WIN - LOSE deal. It can be done!! Thank goodness theres lots of other places to buy a car!

They were helpful in helping me get financed for what I had but they sold me a car that was a lemon. The 2012 Dodge Journey SRT had a service keyless entry light and I was told it would be fixed. On pickup day I waited til close for it to be repaired because it was still broke/on. Left with it still on. 4 months later car has been refusing to start when pressing the push start and I constantly get it towed. Service cant "duplicate" the issue and wont replace or do anything about this, neither will these people, Corporate, and Sales. I was scammed! I plan to file legal action as I have extensive proof of the car having this issue before purchase, my only issue was that I was too trusting.

My family and I finally decided that we needed new cars, but me and my brother couldnt find two cars that we liked at the same place until we stopped at West Herr and met Kristina. From the moment we got there to even today, which is two weeks later, Kristina and the West Herr family have continued to help and check in on us to make sure the cars are running smoothly and that we are happy with our purchases. Without the bubbely, fun, and outgoing attitude Kristina had the car shopping process might not have been as fun and memorable as it was. So I just want to thank Kronstadt and the West Herr family for what they have done for my family. Thank you.

My 19 YO twin boys needed vehicles and we couldnt be more excited about our purchases! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we not only left with the cars we wanted but with monthly payments that fit each boys budget. And we got free lunch, too! We never felt rushed (we executed our contracts way passed the closing hour of 9pm) or pressured (each boy got to test drive multiple vehicles...so many to choose from). We left with extremely clean fully gased up cars! Thank you, Kristina, for spending the day with us! Russ, thanks for making a deal possible! Mike, thanks for explaining our options to us! I was nervous to go to a dealership for the first time from everything I imagined they would be like. When I went to this dealership it completely set my mind at ease. Everyone there was so patient and helpful. They searched all of their dealerships to find exactly what I was looking for and bring it to their location to let me test drive. They listened to everything I had to say and didnt try to sell me on anything I didnt want. I had forgot something at the dealership after purchasing my car and they brought it to my home for me, talk about service. I will be a life long customer.
