Got 2005 VW Passat on on 7/13/16, that very evening while with my dealer the strut messes up, and progressively got worst through out the night.They wouldnt do anything for it the very next day! Nelson the "Manager said what do i expect for a 11 year old. I expect for a $7000 car not to need something fix the very next day. This wasnt going to be the last car i bought in my life and may be the last car i buy from them. They give me a $400 quote to fix and this is with me getting the parts at cost???? I had the car checked out by Empire Auto Werkes, and it will be $270. This just shows that something isnt right! More or less i am not getting what i was explained. Today is Sunday 7/17/16 and my check engine light is on and my muffler has a hole in it, and is making it very loud. I intend to go tomorrow, but i just feel they will not do anything for me at this point and it has not even been a week yet. I have big regrets going here so far. If anything changes i will be more then happy to change my review. CAN I AT LEAST DRIVE AROUND THE BLOCK A COUPLE OF TIMES BEFORE THE CAR STARTS TO BREAK? Since this last review. I had a gas leak and continuous check engine lights and epc light. Every time I have brought the car into this location I do not get any sort of paper. The gas leak was fixed, but check this out. The car was inspected by awesome motors and they sent the car back to awesome motors to be fix???????. Since when does a dealership does not inspect their own cars before they leave the facility to a new customer ( no paper work on this and was told to go to awesome motors to get the paper work. but I bought the car at transit towne). I have asked multiple times for the EPC codes to be checked but havent and not paperwork every time I have gone in and out. I just think this is because they want this car to make it pass the 30 days lemon law warranty and there is no proof I have been in there without paper work. I had this EPC code checked by empire auto werkes and found to be that it is a crank sensor and still has a evape leak pending. What a nightmare of a car and Im the bad guy cause I chose this car??????

I was very unsure about buying my first vehicle due to very bad experiences at other car dealerships in buffalo and the surrounding area. I reluctantly went here even after reading these reviews and boy, were these bad reviews WRONG! The moment I stepped out the car I was greeted by Mike Dickinson who is 100% laid back, down to earth, and genuine salesman. I told him what i wanted and what i was looking for and he was so detailed and well versed in his car knowledge. He didnt try to talk me into an expensive car that i could barely afford. He actually looked at my finances and credit and gave me options within that range that I felt comfortable with. No pressure, No gimmicks. A person who actually seemed to care about my needs, wants, and finances. Once I picked out my beautiful Kia Soul I was off to the finance Dept. with Robert M. I have below to average credit and the financial manager was right to the point. No sugar coating. Just the honest truth laid straight in front of me which I LOVED! He fought tooth and nail to stay within my budget. He didnt "kill" my credit score any worse than it was (due to the lousy dealerships i had to deal with before). I got an amazing price with an amazing warranty. He knew what he was doing and boy, oh boy, did he succeed! Both Mike and Rob got me into my first ever vehicle and i feel like my children and I are in safe hands. I got a used vehicle and they made sure free of charge that she was in absolute tip top shape. Its almost like new because of the efforts of their mechanical team. This is the place to go to!!! I have never dealt with such great and HONEST car salesman EVER!!! They will definitely keep my business and I know im going to have more people come to them FIRST and ONLY cause theyre the only salesman in this city worth going to!!! I swear!!! Keep up the good work guys!!!

My experience at first was excellent I had found the car of my dreams at this dealership .. the salesman Joe went out of his way to get me approved which I really appreciate. its going to help me with my credit . Even though they got me approved I would not recommend this dealership because they dont stand by their word I talk to my salesman and he told me yes the part is covered but when I brought it to their mechanic shop next-door car star. the mechanic said the part is worn but its not broken so I wouldnt replace it . I have two children the parts are not worth my childrens lives if youre looking for a dependable vehicle And you have children this is not the place to go I spoke with the manager Robert he literally yelled at me swore and hung up the phone on me before I could even finish explaining my problem very very unprofessional and rude Im going to be contacting a family attorney because this is totally unfair and unreasonable I dropped my car off to days ago my 30 day lemon law warranty is up on the 20th which is tomorrow but Im not going to pick up the car because it has been in their possession before the day of my warranty is up I dont want the car if its going to be in the shape that is not good business I wish I had a number of the owner of transit town resale on Niagara Falls Blvd. and N. French Rd. All I want is whats right and I have also estimate from Mavis discount tire that states that my car is not safe to drive and transit town resale Amherst refuses to fix anything because in their eyes it doesnt need it which is totally unfair not to mention my car came with a recall on the airbags and once again I have two small children

I am amazed at the lack of Professionalism that car dealership display to people who are credit challenge. Transitowne advertises that they are able to pre approve you for a loan. I pre filled out a credit application and of course it said I was pre approved. Transitowne immediately called said to come out pick out your vehicle and I would be all set. So a few days later I stop tell them the vehicles I am interested in. The Salesmen and Financial Manager went into the office to talk as I sat at the Salesman desk. Thirty minutes elapse and I havent heard anything from either guy. I inform the Salesman I needed to depart he said I will contact you soon. Three days elapse so I figured no deal done. So I figure Let me try West Herr on Transit Road. The get me brought same day. My point is no respect shown by Transitowne to pick up the phone and say we cannot help you.
