It started out great dealing with the salesman. Bought a car with no problems or hassle. Within a few days of buying this car, it started overheating, the brakes in the front as well as the rotors, and calipers were bad. This vehicle was supposedly inspected the same month I bought it. I tried calling them several times to get my car fixed since it was still within the 30 days with no avail. I paid for an extended warranty to cover any major repairs if needed. Here it is 4 months later, the car breaks down, and needs a new motor, the sub-frame for the motor has holes it and needs welded or replaced, it needs a new water pump, and new brakes, rotors, and calipers. I will never recommend this place to anyone, not even an enemy! The only reason I gave one star is because you cant post a review without giving at least one. A few days ago? Try a couple of weeks ago. You know when I had to have the car towed to a garage, where it is still sitting. The repairs needed are more than that car is worth. The July inspection that was on it when purchased is still on it. I attempted to have numerous conversations with you within the first couple of weeks of purchase due to the overheating. I have pictures of what was drained from the radiator within days of purchase. I also have the metal baking for the brakes (which again I remind had to be changed right after purchase, even thought there was a recent inspection sticker) The first time, you hung up on me. The second, third, and fourth (which was face to face), you gave me the run around in regards to your mechanic. You also heard about from the VA State police because a complaint was filed with them as well in reagards to your inspection. You want to build a reputation then you need to make for selling a car that cant not be used and for selling warranties that doesnt want to cover what you pay for. For the record this isnt the first time of hearing about my frustrations with this piece of crap you sold me. I made sure I have had witnesses every time we spoke about my "frustrations" as you call them. You know Im right or you wouldnt have blocked me.

Frankly walking in I thought "small back corner office what could they possibly offer" Never judge the book by its cover. When we took a closer look I started seeing the cars quality the way they were presented and the obvious repairs that has been done to them I started feeling more comfortable I said someone good must be behind this operation! and I wasnt wrong about this part. We went to several dealers only this dealer figured out a way to provide what we are looking for and for what we can afford. Zeke listened carefully, had enough knowledge and bank connections to give us the offer we could possibly except. The staff were also nice no sales people only this guy and his helpers. It worked for us

Finally got myself a nice car!! My credit is very bad and Ive been looking for a car and dealerships gave me no good option because of my credit. I found A2Z auto group online and I went to check if I can find something for me. The salesman was so helpful he gave me such a great deal, I financed a 2012 Ford Focus with my bad credit! The car is super clean and nice I couldnt be happier. I appreciate all the help, thank you, Zeke.

Z has a very hot temper. I tried working out a deal with this man and he got very hot and mad. I asked him to see a replay of the video surveillance system and he got very angry and starting cussing and told me to leave the property and never to return. I will never return for a vehicle here or ever recommend it. Be careful folks. Much better places to deal with.

Cant be much happier. We got ourselves a great van for our family. Its running great and very smooth as if we got a new one. Salesman put no pressure on us he gave us time to think and ACTUALLY cared abut what we are really looking for more than just selling us a car. I really appreciate the help and would love to recommend them to friends and family.

Really a nice and fair experience, they have a very fair business practice. The cars are advertised at real prices that he plans to sell them for. Not prices where you have to go in and have to bargain for your deal. The only negative part was he was a very busy man and had alot of customers to deal while I was there, and now I know why.
